Avoid company at all costs – Absolutely avoid company at all costs. Multiple issues - over charged, my husband paid as they wouldn’t leave until invoice was paid and when I saw how many hours charged they charged an extra hour. They left our back door wide open when raining and rain inside house. I sent an email to get the refund issued and advised of door being left open. No contact made, my husband called and emailed 3 times and no response, a few days later someone answered and said issue would be resolved end of day - absolutely no contact for another 5 days. I tried to call 3 different phone numbers to get in contact to see what was happening unable to speak to anyone. I sent an enquiry to get in contact for a future job just so I could get to speak to someone and within 2 minutes someone called ready to get a new job and money but not able to answer or communicate to rectify an issue. They said payment was refunded and an email with confirmation sent, again the next day nothing so I contacted them and unable to get through to them. They said refund was issued 2 days ago but can’t give further details and no email sent through when promised twice. I understand issues occur but they have gone about rectifying the issue and their customer service is a disgrace, never experienced such appalling customer service before. Still can’t get them to follow through with what they say and do or confirm if a refund has been processed and no email. We moved 10 days ago and I’ve called over 15 times the last 2 days. Never have I had to fight so hard to get some communication from a company before.
Terrible Service, didn't show up – I sent for a quote and I had a short time frame to move as I was leaving an abusive relationship, Redbull movers said they could come the next day so I booked them, paid a $100 deposit on the morning of the move. I was initially told they would arrive between 10.30am and 11.30am, I got an email to say that as they didn't receive the payment receipt until 8.30am the morning of the move, the truck wasn't allocated to me for the original time but said they would have team there between 2pm and 3pm. At 3.02pm I emailed the movers to ask if the drivers were on their way. (I did try to call but there was no answer) I got an email reply to say the team were delayed and would be there by 5pm and assured me they would get the move done today. Then I got an email saying due to Halloween, they had been held up and offered to do it the following day or refund my deposit. I replied and advised them that I was leaving an unsafe domestic situation and needed to move that day at least my children's beds, so they said they'd get to my pick up address between 7.30pm and 8.00pm, I then called at 8.45pm and they said they'd be there at 11pm. I told them I wanted my deposit back and not to bother. I felt really let down.
