Great service – I bought my dinner set online with click and collect. I spoke to the ladies in store first and they were very helpful. They showed me other products that went with my dinner set as well. When I arrived at the store every thing was ready for me

Final cost was 300% of original estimate! – My builder gave me a price estimate and the final quote from Red Robin Kitchen was more than 3 times that price. They did not help me design a kitchen within the original budget. wasn't ready until it was nearly Christmas. I think they were hoping I would just accept the wildly inflated price because I had waited so long. I have now finally got my kitchen in (at less than half the price quoted by Red Robin Kitchens) but because of their delay and the Christmas shut down it has taken me 4 months longer than planned. I am very annoyed at their unprofessional service. If you are considering this company I would recommend you get at least 2 other quotes.
