Can't prove it did anything for my birth – Religiously drank raspberry leaf tea every day for the last couple months leading up to my due date, but had a terrible 25hr labour followed by emergency c-section. Not sure if the raspberry leaf tea did anything, but then again my labour might've been destined to be long regardless, so perhaps it toned my uterus as it claims. I can't prove… Read more

anything unfortunately, but there's no harm in trying it anyway. The taste is very strong and "leafy" - I'm not a tea drinker, but perhaps if you are it would help get used to the flavour and enjoy it even.

Flavoring is a big health treat – my worry is the Flavoring. Is it Genetic modified, corn starch, artificial sugars, colors ...maybe for safety reason i should throw my 4 tea boxes out and keep drinking my garden herbs. Show details

Tick, tick, tick – I cannot fault this tea! I drank it as directed on the packaging whilst pregnant with my first child. My pregnancy was a breeze, the labour was quick and the tea tastes great! After consulting your Midwife/doctor/obgyn, I would recommend drinking this tea. It also helps contract your uterus quickly, safely and effectively. I've… Read more

recommended it to my pregnant friends and family - some like the taste & some don't. Each to their own, you always have the tablet form :)

The only issue I had was finding this brand on sale (had to purchase from a health food store and online) Taste, price & effectiveness Hard to find

Change in tea - granulated not straight herb anymore – I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea for 20 years for health reasons. It's an acquired taste. It took me awhile to like it but now I love it. I recently purchased this tea from Red Seal after a long hiatus. I was so looking forward to the unique taste and effect of raspberry leaf tea. I was very disappointed to find it didn't taste like… Read more

raspberry leaf tea at all. To check, this morning I opened a tea bag to find the 'herb' was in granulated form. Why change something that was already fabulous? I won't buy again.

Taste. Also I'm sure what this tea is anymore or what process it's gone through.

Quite nice – I've been drinking this since 35 weeks in preparation of labour. I quite like it, it's a mild tasting tea and I don't need to add anything to it to alter the taste. I get increased Braxton hicks after drinking it so hopefully it is doing its job and toning the uterus. Easy to make, affordable, and mild tasting. Maybe not a taste everyone would like.

Excellent – The midwife and obstetrition seemed very impressed by my natural pushing ability which given the strength of my Braxton Hicks contractions I think taking raspberry leaf tea after 30 weeks was very helpful Seems to be very effective, it's the one I took for my first pregnancy and wanted to take the same one again with the second. Being tea bags it… Read more

is very portable, encouraging print on the box. Not very expensive I don't like the taste very much at all, disappointed that it wasn't available in the supermarket here, only available at some health food stores
