RedEarth Energy Storage

I would strongly caution anyone considering Red Earth Energy Storage. In my experience, they were happy to take my money and only later explain that the system wasn’t suitable for the market conditions in my area. The process has been poorly managed and far from customer centric as promoted on their website - don't be fooled. Problems stem from the top down (CEO [Name Removed]) too big to do the small things. When issues arose, there was little urgency or ownership to resolve them. The company’s website and marketing create a polished image, but the actual customer experience did not reflect that. Based on my experience, I would recommend doing very careful due diligence before engaging with Red Earth Energy Storage as there are better systems, and cheaper systems which perform better considering value for money. To sum up the companies care factor and quality of workmanship, see photos attached of how they left an install of antenna, Zero care factor. I am sharing my experience so others can avoid it, and hopefully receive a better customer experience than I did. Seek another company who truly cares about their Customers, Brand, Product and Service because Red Earth Energy Storage clearly don’t.
