Regal Commercial 5

Really average, lots of hype over their 'sleep solution' – I've had no names and Sealys and I thought I would give regal a try. I know a lot of companies who say they're endorsed by physios or doctors or are posture chiropractic gubbledy gup! Should have gone with my wits when I went through the regal sleep solutions store and ended up with this mattress. Turned out to be just a plain pocket spring mattress, once again another marketing ploy. I've got a $400 pocket spring mattress in the spare room which feels exactly the same so would recommend just save yourselves the money and buy a no-brand mattress than this one.
The guy above mentions the sagging, depends on your weight though. If you're 100kg+ you'll find problems with pocket springs - albeit a lot of other things too. That said, it's most likely just cheap pocket springs they've put into it as they need to make their margins to pay for that Sleep Solutions mumbo jumbo they go on about. Firm same quality as something that cost me $200 less.

Simple maths here - you spent $600 on mattress and expected it to be amazing? Regardless of brand (for the most part) you get what you pay for.
Rip-off! Mattress sagged after only 2 weeks – We bought a "Commercial 5 Star" mattress from Regal mattresses (not a pillow-top, just a plain-top mattress) on sale for about $650. The full price was listed as $1100. The two guys who delivered the mattress practically threw it onto our bed base; they were rough and unpleasant to deal with. It was supposed to be a firm mattress. For the first week, it was too firm, we could feel the pocket springs sticking up out of the mattress - very uncomfortable. We remedied this by putting a soft foam underlay on top of the mattress. This was very comfortable for a week or two, but then the mattress started to sag. We removed the foam underlay, but the sagging got worse and worse.
The springs seem to be very thin and weak. When we lie on the mattress, the springs go down, but they do not spring back up. Lying on this mattress causes pain!
It is just a very poor quality mattress. I am so disappointed that an Australian company would manufacture and sell such junk.
Our advice: Avoid Regal Mattresses at all costs! Their "bargain prices" are a rip-off!!! Comfortable for about 2 weeks Sags, causes backache, a rip-off
I brought a Latex mattress from Regal and I have not had one issue. We have family that have brought from Regal and they came high recommended. I have found no issues at all.
Our friends brought 4 mattress for their holiday house one had a issue and the company took care of it straight away. We found out that the higher contractors to deliver their mattress so don't think you could hold Regal for that if anything you should have contacted the store.
They have looked after our family us and friends, I would be again with confidence

I had a really great experience at Regal just last weekend. My physio sent me down and the staff were really helpful. They guaranteed that I would love it and I do. No need to claim on the satisfaction guarantee that they offer. Would recommend them to all.
