Not good – My Regal mattress was sent back as was lumpy & bumpy so they sent me out a med pillow top & that was BAD, still sore back & not happy at all, would like to change it but the staff were very rude & don't want to do business with them now. Would be more than happy to pay the extra but will go else were now. Lost my business for sure now. Please help me buy a great mattress.  Show details

Excellent service – My mum bought a firm mattress as she has back problem, therefore needed some extra support.
