RejuvaCare FootRenew

This company is a complete scam….please do not be tempted to try their product. Unfortunately, I bought their product and the velcro tabs wouldn’t even fit around the top of my foot to hold it on. When I tried to return the product, they offered me various amounts of a refund over numerous emails and I just kept saying I wanted a full refund. They eventually wore me down and offered a 40% refund and I didn’t have to mail the shoddy product back, so I accepted. They said to give them 7-12 working days for the refund to appear in my account and it has never appeared. I lost $119 for a shoddy $5 item. They are a total sham company. Please stay away from them. I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing.
Purchased in for $119.
And yet another scam, yes, it's the Footrenew this time, it doesn't work, I have neuropathy in both feet, so I bought two for $89.94 and then I discovered that Alibaba sell them for $8.00 ea. The LCD gives numbers and letters that don't make sense, so it takes time to figure out. After trialing for two weeks, I didn't notice any pain reduction. So I sent two emails to two different addresses asking for a refund and instructions for sending back to the sender, but nothing. I didn't expect a reply. One of the devices has now stopped working, so it's in the bin. I expect the other will follow. Please don't get conned like I did in desperation to alleviate the pain. I am a medical student who has recently attended a placement at a diabetic foot ulcer clinic. The Facebook algorithm has since targeted ads of a device called ‘foot renew’ at me. After reviewing the website, I can confidently say the advertised effect (healing neuropathy) is physiologically highly improbable (nerves do not grow back easily) and none of the device’s functions (vibration, heat, compression) would reasonably cause the effect advertised.
This appears to be a scam.
