times we were given the impression that besides looking after the owner they were keen to ensure that our interests and wellbeing were protected. Based on our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Release to both prospective tenants and landlords.

Customer Service Focussed – As a long-term investor with a small portfolio, I understand the necessity of having a property manager you can trust. Release have exceeded my expectations over and over and I take comfort in knowing my investments and renters are in good hands. They keep up to date on law changes, renters, and assist me with every aspect of property investment. Their webinars are fantastic too !!

Excellent Experience – As an first time property investor, I was nervous about renting my property out. The whole team at Release were exceptional. They found a great tenant in only 3 days. I was continually kept up to date and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Professional service and committed property managers – Living interstate, it was really important for my husband and I to find a Geelong property management service that could give us peace of mind. This is Release Property Management. Release are consistent with their inspections and they communicate with us regularly, which is not always something we have experienced with previous property… Read more

managers at other agencies.

Our tenants are so happy that they go above and beyond to take care of our property.

Be weary – In my 12 years of renting in different areas across Victoria, from Epping, Middle Park, to Geelong, I've never witnessed such an incompetent and ill mannered rental agency. Rude, unpleasant to deal with and more interested on creating problems than finding solutions. Attempted to fabricate bogus excuses to retain bond. VCAT set them straight, but giant waste of time dealing with this mob. Bottom line; steer clear.

Hopeless service – Too bad if you are a landlord renting through Release Property Management in Geelong. Prospective tenants can't even get through to view a property - what hope do they have of renting it? Qualified tenants are being left out in the cold and Release are setting their rents too high and are not open to negotiation. Don't waste your time if you're a tenant or landlord - go elsewhere. Terrible service
