Order DVDs on 1018 or 2025 this is December 5th and no DVDs try calling multiple times no answer voicemail trying to email no email it's fraudulent website it's a scam hope they're proud of yourself stealing money from people

Would give zero stars if I could. I was excited to find several tv series I wanted to purchase. Purchased the Hogan Family, they took my payment and never shipped my product. No answer back from them. I am out 100.00 Canadian a d have no product. Don't do what I did, listen to the negative reviews.

Took a little time to arrive but was worth the wait.Sent well packaged and disks each numberd.

i ordered cold case from reliablemediastore.com they took my money, several attempts to email and phone and nothing, i never got a tracking number as well, these guys ripped me off stay away from them

Ordered a dvd set from them (Murphy Brown) on the 28th of March, 2025. It never arrived. Sent them emails in late April about it and ever got a response. A complete ripoff.

I ordered a full set of a TV show series, never received the order and called, e-mailed several times, no response. This site is a scam. I reported them to the BBB.

Order Fantasy Island and The Love Boat DVDs in February 2025. I have not received the items yet. Emailed them and never received a reply back. All this business does is take your money and deliver absolutely nothing. This business is a total scam and needs to be closed down permanently.

Ordered something over a month ago and paid right away but never got the item. Called and the guy said he would send my order out the next monday which was several weeks ago. They just take your money and don't ever send you anything. I will be contacting my bank in order to get my money back as the company is completely useless.

Company should be renamed Unreliable Media Store. Owner is a joke. DO NOT order from this website as you WILL be calling your credit card for a dispute. Move on to another reliable vendor.

I am definitely not satisfied – I ordered 7 movies on Oct 9th keep calling finally he answered told me he would send them out a week after new years still waiting they never answer the phone there customer service must be one guy. Finally fed up contacted better business will see what happens never ordering again payed $233.00

Terrible – I wanted A Different World DVD series and after a month, countless emails, and calls I finally asked for a refund through my cc company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They won't send the product.

Scam - they don’t ship anything – Ordered in April. Lots of emails then nothing. They also send a proof of dispatch but nothing was sent and it’s almost August

Paid for nothing – Ordered July 2020, received notification Nov 3 that the DVDs were passed to USPS. USPS say they e never received. I’ve emailed 11 times about this & no response. Don’t do it!

Caution this company not trustworthy – An order payed for in April 2020 still not received. Our complaints e-mails were answered the first months after that no reaction what soever. There has been made aware complaint fit fraud at our creditcard company who will investigate.

received was better than I expected in price and quality as I have ordered copies of hard to find titles before from other companies and paid a bit more for much less quality. You must be a little patient for your orders, however, the quality and prices are well worth the wait so I will continue to order from reliable media store and recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Reliable media store has always provided great dvd's at great prices for me and I can say that they are completely credible. The dvd's series and movies that I have purchased have never been boxed media sets, however... If I could find these titles I certainly would be paying much more and would not get to enjoy as much of a variety so I have no complaints, am very satisfied with their products and prices and highly recommend them. If hard to find titles from your childhood or teen years is what your looking for you can find them here or request via email if they can obtain them for you and for the money that I have saved I could care less about an official boxed set, which if I could find... Would have paid much more for and would not been able to purchase the variety that I did. So I am grateful for their services, products and prices and recommend them highly !!!!

Cannot be trusted (possible scam) – Waited 10 weeks for my order for DVD set. Despite several emails, still have not got it. They kept dragging the delivery date. Finally, I asked to cancel order and demanded a full refund. Still no positive proof that refund is done. They are slippery and can't be trusted. Probably a scam. Stay away from them.
