I keep getting calls from reliance real estate, go away do not contact me

As a tradie was asked to do work at a rental property in Corio. Job completed. Invoice sent 22/12/25. Three times been asked to fill out and send creditor firm and have done. Agent yet to pay. Would not recommend. . Find another agent. Representative says invoice has been up loaded for payment but payment never happens. Former tenant does not speak well of them either

Dogey guys also likes to put new house buyers down kartavya thakkar, got named and shamed online plus the 2 star rating on this business says all u need to know

A good real estate agent is like finding a diamond in a rough these days, sadly. I am incredibly disappointed. Be better Vikas. You do not treat people like that over the phone. Disgusting behaviour.

I engaged Reliance Real estate for selling one of the properties- Ravi and Vee were the agents. Highly disappointed. call me once even though she was the agent supporting my sale with Ravi. Reason- too busy! 2nd- non professional attitude. Will either give incomplete info or do half work. eg: they enagaged a 3rd party vendor to cover basic maintenance work and didnt bother to check after the wrk was complete. Or didnt even bother to call once settlement was done.

I would recommend being cautious going ahead with them. Waste of time. there are much better agents in the market.

The best part is i spoke to the agent ravi a few times and explained how my experience has been amazing with the other seller and you guys should do it. His excuse rather than imporving- different market!!

I had a routine inspection done today by robin. She was very cordial, friendly and professional. Listened to my concerns and was not dismissive. She did an amazing job overall.

credited on time, city council letter for over grown grass. I called Reliance Owners few times regarding rent not paid on time and they didn't care and showed that property owners just number and nothing got resolved.

After going with new realestate it was discovered that water leak was never fixed and there were 2 rooms and walls damaged ended up spending more than $20K and still spending fixing things. Never go with Reliance as looks they only on commission and trap buyers specially interstate buyers. Parv Arora was my sales guy never trust guy as he big fraud and massive lier.

They spam – They spam text. I wasn't a client or customer of theirs.

this actually happened 3 times to us.. when we confronted them about it they were just stupid and unapologetic and full of exuses. We had hot water issues with one of our showers and after 12months of back and forth with them was never resolved and they just didn't care, we were just a number to them. When we handed in our notice to leave the house because of this ongoing issue there was nothing... no apology, no "sorry you had to move" "all the best" what ever, like nothing.. no customer service what so ever. Half the time you have to chase them constantly for any follow ups and they never answer their phones, and just rude. IF YOU ARE A HOME OWNER do not use them to lease your property!!! we have dealt with other companies and they were absolute gems, don't waste your money

the property and no heating or air con and stood in my lounge and demanded that i pay 6 months rent!!..had a physical fight with the carpet guy in the entry of the house..the carpets were full of urine and poo along with the bathroom.. the place took me 6 months to clean up...I got it in covid and even sent me photos but they were of the house when near new nothing like it was!!!they are 100% SCAMMERS AND WOULD RENT TO ANYONE...anyway I took them to v cat and I got my money back...they should never be allowed to have a real estate license again!!! Do not let RELIANCE manage your property!!! – Reliance - Werribee, Point Cook, Tarniet Reliance have mismanaged our property for the last three years. We have had to follow them up throughout the whole tenancy agreement about, late rent, damaged property and allowing numerous people live in my property however only have two people on the lease. After each inspection there was damage to my property, this was never followed up by the property manager to fix the damage but told us it was best we fixed it and then take it to VCAT to get your money back!!! But were happy to take weekly management fees to manage NOTHING!!! If you want your property managed properly, I would highly recommend you DON'T use RELIANCE as your property will come back to you trashed and then you will need to go to VCAT and pay additional fees to try and get the bond back to pay for some of the damaged caused at your first rental inspection as they never follow the tenants up for progress work!!! You're truly wasting your money if you want them to manage your property properly. DISAPPOINTED!!!

courts, I will take them to consumer affairs and vcat. Realistically their licence should be cancel, all they know is to lie. Thats there marketing strategy. The first week they had inspection on saturday, no customer. 2nd week inspection only 2 customers, 3rd week only one customer. So they are really slack on that department, all they do is advertise in realestate.com.au and wait till customers call them, I thhink no effort is put to go and find customers. I'll be updating the progress on consumer affairs and vcat progress. I'll do my utmost to take them down, cause we don't want crook company like this in our neighbourhood.l I was dealing with ViK, he is useless, he cant sell properties, all he do is come and tell sweet talks, and promise he will sell it at above market price to get the sale, later he come and tell that he can't sell at that price and reduce the price, at that time you already have signed the contract and you are stuck. After 3 weeks advertising he came with colour printouts of property listings in the area of werribee and asked me to compare the prices of werribee to Tarneit properties, If he is a professional he has to know werribee and tarneit are two different post codes. you have to compared apple with apples, not apples with oranges. never answer the phone, you can call him and see, most of the time he never answer the phone, I also call few times to their main office on point cook, that phone is never answered. So Unprofessional Real Estate. Always comes and talk bad about other real estate's agents, beg so hard to get the business andafter fail to get prospective buyers. All they do is advertise on www.realestate.com.au and they don't have any good marketing strategy to get the buyers. they solely rely on realestate.com.
