Renma are cheap but it’s pot luck whether you get good, bad or indifferent on all products – I had ordered windows and doors. Delivery was 2 months late. Then some of the windows were of poor workmanship. The doors (3 sets were all good). Windows started to fail after 3 years. Bad design features. Service is terrible. Trying to organise anything with them is such a painful experience. Certainly others have to be better? Show details

Bad service – Ordered a mirror with frame... Got called to pick up..arranged my installer...and no frame around mirror inspite of me paying upfront. Emailed no replies no appoligies... Not going near... Can't give a basic service for a simple job.  Show details

2 yr old Shattered Glass Shower Screen – 2 year old RENMA glass shower door shattered into thousands of pieces - whilst no one in the bathroom thankfully. Glass screen had been cared for as advised and had not been damaged or hit in any way since installation. Was only used by myself. Renma advised that shower screen warranty does not cover glass. purchased a replacement. My expectation is that a glass shower screen should last longer than 2 years or replacement item at no cost.
