BE AWARE - WILL NOT REFUND FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS – I purchased two Caroma taps through Reno Hub. I had them installed by a licensed plumber. email re the issue and advise I would be repurchasing the product from a local supplier after quickly reviewing their refund terms (which stated they do not refund for change of mind - which wasn't the case). Renohub replied stating that the faulty tap needed to be installed and inspected by a licensed 'Caroma' plumber to be deemed faulty and replaced. Reno hub is refusing to refund the faulty product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Products are cheaper however you run the risk of being ripped off. It is Australian consumer law that faulty products are refunded! There is NO policy to state products are only guaranteed if installed by a licensed plumber. AVOID AVOID AVOID! The issue has been reported to Australian Consumer Affairs.
