Poor Service & Communication – This business is incompetent of service and communication to their clients. The property manager’s behaviour is yet to be desired and needs to be addressed by the owner the business. She is appears to be insolvent & harsh in the choice of words she practices, including her approach to the tenants themselves. She has no issues demonstrating bullying behaviour and being very straight forward with no respect.

I’m an investment property owner and I am extremely lucky to have found wonderful tenants, who are in a long term lease with myself. However since RPM have taken over the rental properties from One Centre Property Management, its been nothing but a painful experience.

I wish this company all the best! I am changing property management, due to above reasons.
