timely information regarding inspections and water bills, had my rent increased by 42% in 1 year (after 9 years of tenancy), told that tenants don't ever pay for more than the next 2 weeks rent and had hundreds of dollars go missing from my account (which I now have to fight for).

herself to monitor us through neighbors, making us feel constantly watched and uncomfortable in our own home. For instance they knew when we vacated property or stopped living in house, even though rent was being paid on time.

Additionally, we were repeatedly bombarded with demands for maintenance, for issues that were not even our responsibility as tenants. This not only caused unnecessary stress but also disrupted our daily lives.

positive attitude and keeping us update in detail on the progress of maintenance issues from our rental property or constantly following up to court matter or chasing up the claim of the rent in default from the building insurance company.

What a brilliant and caring property manager! – My name is Rachael, and I'm blessed to have Renee as my property manager. She is an extremely thoughtful and lovely person that I've enjoyed knowing for the last almost 10 years that I've rented my home. If the inspection is due but I'm working, she works with me to reschedule, if there is an issue with the aircon, or a leak etc, she works hard to get it fixed asap. I honestly cannot rave about this property manager enough!!
