basic and there is no where to upgrade back to gold after having it expire on 24.11.24..... I have sent 3 x emails to rewards central and I await a reply.

Not a good rewards program anymore – Used to be a good site, they have recently (secretly) taken off the experience points. This means, there are no benefit to long term loyal customers. Now it has become just a dumb rewards program.

ScamCentral – Used to be a good site, absolute scammers who don’t respond to emails or complaints now. Do not honour rewards accumulated. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

They are reasonable and answered within a few days – My account was locked because I didn't use it for a long time and when I requested reactivation they used common sense to judiciously balance their requirements and my requests. I am very pleased

shopping it's now cashrewards so that's awesome would be amazing to see them produce an app maybe with a spin wheel instead of the guessing game? Idk it may or may not be as pizzazz as it was all those years ago but it's one of the original multi survey sites and one of the most unique I've yet to find another with the good old rock paper scissors, or an e-term deposit bank. so I am loyal to the brand and want to express my gratitude for keeping this site alive and active ☺️☺️ fingers crossed we get an app sometime soon xo

Good survey site – Quite enjoy this site, everyday I log on to take part in the guessing game but haven't had any luck winning anything from that yet. Have picked up my first giftcard which was $20 for doing surveys whenever I get the chance. it has taken a while to get to that level as don't always have time for the longer surveys, but still it is a bonus to get something for just doing surveys online

SCAM WEBSITE - AVOID!! – This supposed survey website is a scam! I have been a member with them for many years and from the beginning they had lots of red flags. The first being that I wasn't awarded points for not only completed surveys but in person tasks that would provide high amounts of points worth around 5000 and never receiving them. I emailed numerous times and never heard back. This website needs to be shut down for all of their fraudulent activities.

This is not the No. 1 rewards website you are looking for – RewardsCentral is very disappointing!! I have been a member since 2003. I had Gold Membership and that's now gone. They haven't replied to any of my messages for years. I have over 22000 points and I want to redeem them, but can't. I have tried to get verified, but can't. When I try to verify it says "You are verified". On Google Maps, it says they are 'Temporarily closed". This is not the No. 1 rewards website.

I.D verification – All this stuff about needing to provide I.D and have it verified is nothing to do with any survey site It's a change in PayPal and their rules You may not want to claim through PayPal but because the sites are affiliated with them you need verification via a drivers licence or Photo I.D even to claim gift cards NO I DON'T WORK FOR EITHER PAYPAL OR ANY SURVEY SITE

Worse site – Like a lot of others I have been a member for a long time, 16 years plus. I haven't had any proper surveys for years. available to get now, I had used points for that so not out of money directly. Lucky for me I cashed out moneys as soon as I had enough points through the years and made a nice little sum. Used to love getting that $30 every 3 months or so.

By the sound of it, the site has just been slowly knocking people off one by one. If their intent is to completely shut down, why not advise us and just do it instead of dragging it out and letting people think it is still a valid site.

Report to the ACCC Scamwatch – I have been a member for over 10 years. I now have 1500 experience which is enough for a $100 gift card according to their stated terms and conditions. However, no reward has been sent to me. There is no response to emails. This website is now a fraudulent enterprise and I will report to ACCC.

Has become a scam – As many users have reported - there is no more response from the site. I had a very large amount of points I was hoping on cashing in but it's not possible to do it and there is no one who answers when you write to support. I have been with them since they opened - so yes, I do have a lot of points I was banking. :( Now, the new update is I cannot login anymore either!

I am even having trouble with cashing out my points and have no support to assist. This business is not worth getting involved with. I have referred the matter to the ACCC.

Crooks running this site – I’ve earned a $100 gift card but it’s not being honoured, emails never get a response. Do not waste your time with this scam company.

Scam company – I stopped using Rewards Central for quite some time. Tried to use it again but my account was frozen. I filled in a form to reinstate my account/unfreeze it. It also asked for photo ID, so I sent my driver's license. Seems very fraudulent that they ask for such personal information and then weeks pass with no reply, no matter how many times you reach out. I'd like to know what they are doing with my personal information. Completely dodgy!!!

Unprofessional – I have been a member for quite a few years and have seen Rewards Central become less and less generous. They have taken away the Gold membership without any communication and have stopped paying cash for points. One cannot easily earn points or experience. I recently achieved 1500 experience which supposedly earns me a $100 E gift. I have not received it nor has there been any communication about it. Extremely disappointing!

They offer everything and give nothing – Dont waste your time one minute you are a gold paid member then its taken away for no reason. They never reply to emails and are a complete rip off

Cashout – Irritated 3098 points short of the $100 gift card been putting points in ebank and had not noticed until today that no interest given for several months now, been with them for years and I'm not impressed!!!!! I just want the interest I've earn and the $$$$

the games – RewardsCentral offers the free guessing game choose six to seven numbers between 1 and 10,000. Not once have I received 2,000 points being a member more than 12 years. Yet myopinions had a game selecting a number square occasionally getting 500, 200, 100 or 50 points now and then.

Waste of time – this site USED to be great, I've been a member for many many years, I was with the site when they were called Email Cash. Now they wont even answer emails, They have changed the rewards system to "gift cards only" and devalued the points system, Even worse, the gift cards they offer are useless to most people. There is no longer an option for cash out, or have a Paypal payment. I wish i could leave negative stars :(

No responses – I have been a member for many years, verified, can only play guessing game and no emails now for any surveys. No response regarding why no emails. Not earning any points for quick surveys, only guessing competition seems to be running and no wins there either. A big waste of time these days.

Don't bother with Rewards Central – Been a member for over 15 years and was a great site back in the day. Now I can't even cash out the last of the funds. Never recieve the txt for instant cash and they never respond to emails. Very disappointing

Once Great – I have been a member since January 2005. Used to be a Gold Member, then couldn't renew. Surveys and Quick Surveys just dried up. I used to make $200 a year, now nothing. Only thing left is the guessing game. Emails are no longer answered. Very disappointed.

I loved rewards Central but – good for those who spend a lot of time on their computer to make some extra cash doing surveys. But don't stop logging in or you'll be deactivated. Then you'll have trouble reactivating to be able to reuse and access your cash.

cash out the instant cash gift cards as I have sent numerous e-mails but no response , do not give your personal photo id details as I believe it will be used for identity theft .It used to be a fantastic site , but since the loss of my opinions , and shopping its gone downhill . trying to get enough pints up to cash out. This constantly just seems out of reach. To achieve a $50 cash out you now need 7300 points (that's $73 dollars) The interest on the points is a waste of time. Good luck emailing them for help, there isn't any And now it It is now asking me for more verification to eliminate money laundering and fraud? Update, after a long and unsuccessful attempt to claim my last of the points, was told many conflicting stories by a representative shortly after arguing a case with the ACCC. Convenient? I have now forfeited my points, considerable after 18 years, and will now proceed with an online campaign to ensure others avoid this site like the plague. Their slogan "Australia's number one paid survey site" is a blatant case of false and misleading advertising. Enlist at own risk. You have been warned!
