Rex offers excellent service

Flew return to Sydney from Adelaide on Rex, with an upgrade to Business.
Not expensive.
Really excellent service, not fussy, just very happy, helpful and courteous staff. The Boeing 737 aircraft was clean and well maintained.

First, there’sa hour delay, but that’s fine the craft arrived late. When we’re all ready and the craft was out there ald in line for ready to depart n, then u tell us there’s some problem needed to be fixed by the engineers. Then we all go back to the bay and WAIT WAIT WAIT. [Content Removed] SHOULDNT U BE CHECKED EVERYTHING B4 DEPART? Basic things c’mon. Money taken out twice from my visa for online booking

I wish to complain about my online booking yesterday 15/5/24 where I was charged for a booking twice. Sydney to Coffs Harbour. for 29th May 2024 at 2.30pm The website should advise customers not to book online as there is a glitch in the system. I recently had a problem as well in February. I have been happy with REX up till now. REX Please let customers know of your problem

The best of the best! Well done Rex you deserve the accolades!

We have flown Rex several times now and can't fault them. The staff are friendly and accommodating and extremely efficient. We fly up to the Ironman in Port Macquarie every year and used Rex for the first time last year. They are fantastic. I especially liked the Sydney to Port Macquarie leg. The Rex staff member at Port Mac worked extremely well under pressure and still managed to have a smile on his face when we got on the plane. We were called up to the desk in the departure lounge last night and given a complimentary upgrade to business class by a lovely little lady called April. Thank you sincerely April it was the perfect way to end a great holiday with family. We were treated like royalty. Show details

Rex is great

First flight with Rex. Bris to Adel. Really great staff on the ground and in the air. Comfortable seats. Food was much better than Qantas. Plane left on time and arrived as expected. No wifi or entertainment but had my book so no problem. Altogether a great experience Show details

Irritation and angst

Took 3 hrs to fly what is usually a 50 minute flight. Delayed at the airport then had to fly around Sydney cause traffic control bumped this low line airline from landing, not once but twice. Finally arrived an hour late and then because of this, I was in peak hour traffic and what should have a 13 minute drive and about $35, was a 45 minute drive and $78. Extremely late for the event I travelled to. Never flying REX again. Qantas only from now on ori will drive. It’s just not worth the irritation and angst.

AVOID! Utterly useless airline…

Landed at 6.15pm
Allowed to get off the plane at 7pm due to “needing to be towed to another parking bay”.
Cheap airline, cheap hospitality, delays and all round bad experience. Will deffo never use Rex again. Just look at the reviews and it’s pretty clear that they are poorly rated and are a very poor airline. Stick with Wantas and Virgin. Lesson learned = buy cheap = have a cheap and awful experience!

Just awesome

Rex airlines were awesome, my young daughter has Epilepsy and needs a wheelchair and can have seizures at anytime, no warning.
Rex staff in Sydney and Brisbane ,plus cabin crew bent over backwards to help up.
We had to make an urgent booking with Rex cause Qantas our orginal airline refused to allow her on the flight. Which left us stranded.

Fantastic airline

We took a return flight Brisbane to Melbourne with our grandchildren and it was our best Australian domestic flying experience. Easy check in, no hassle or delays, friendly attentive cabin staff, and best of all far more legroom than any economy class flight we have travelled on, including mostly long haul international for decades. Is something very wrong with REX who put Customers always last? 35 minutes for a call to be answered. The only e-Mail they ask me to use is acknowledged by 'we will not reply to this e-Mail. They won't provide a complaints e-Mail - just asked to provide feedback. Web site says they are 'overwhelmed' by correspondence and they will endeavour to respond within 20 working days. "We reserve the right to use your correspondence internally or in publications. If you would prefer for your correspondence not to be published, please advise us and we will comply with your wishes" How can you advise when they don't respond to e-Mails?
