Great service and well recommended – Will recommend this Electrical Company (Rice Electrical Company) to anybody in the Northern Areas of South Australia. We had Solar Panels installed around 2009-2011 approximately, and in 2023 we noticed a faulty panel that needed replacing. Contacted the Electrician (Leesong Electrical) in Jamestown S. Aust. who installed them but got nowhere with him. He told us “I cant remember what the warranty was on them as I don’t keep anything that’s over 7 years old”. WHAT?? This is not the first time they have taken your money and NO after sale service. Got in touch with Rice Electrical in Jamestown and Brian the owner, came to see the faulty panel, found a good second hand one and it was installed once the sun shined in July 2023. Thank you Brian and your workers for helping us out with a replacement and good careful insulation performed. Well and truly recommended, and have reasonable prices!!
