Don’t recommend at all!! – Wouldn’t recommend and now I understand why other locals told me not to even bother with this place. The guy was extremely and unnecessarily rude over some basic enquiries. We asked if we could organise a time and day for them to come out to Evans Head to change 2 tyres and do a wheel alignment for registration because that’s what their website… Read more
says they’ll do if you’re within 100km of them, the guy very rudely responded “nope, I’m not coming out to Evan’s head today just to change tyres and I’m not doing a wheel alignment until it’s registered”… we said we didn’t expect it today and that we were just calling to enquire and potentially arrange a time to do so.
We certainly won’t be paying for any type of service from this business ever and we’ll be passing on the word of how horrible of a business they are after this experience.
Tyre service – Excellent service. Manager and staff are to be commended. The product, tyres, were a great price and good quality. Phone service was helpful and suggested product suited my car. Highly recommend you give them a call when you next need Tyres.
