Worst gym!! Behaviour by staff is appalling!! – I thought it was a good gym until an incident happened there and my information got shared around without my permission by one of the staff members there!! THE BEST IN THE WEST – Coming here for over 35 years. Tried others too, but this is the BEST IN THE WEST. Great equipment, friendly staff, good amenities, less Rap thank goodness, could use some more parking.

The best overall gym in Sydney – I have been training at gyms for the past 13 years now. I can say I've visited my fair share and I know what I need. Space is important and as more and more small gyms open at every corner its hard to find a clean, well sorted and organised gym with everything you need. Furthermore the staff are friendly and the parking is free.

Excellent gym in the west Sydney – One of the best gyms I have joined in western part of Sydney. This gym has replaced where the old pump fitness gym was located. December. Slightly more expensive than comparable box gyms in their the area. For that you get brand new equipment. Extremely clean location, newly built showers / bathrooms, plenty of squat racks, barbell racks & plenty of weights. Plenty of assisted machines. Spaciousness of the location feels you are not cramped or have to move constantly to find space for squats or dead lifts. For anyone serious about resistance training, look no further. For those who like fit training, boxing, barbell conditioning they offer all classes free as part of the membership. The gym is accessible for 24/7 for those who wants to come after staff hours, late evenings or early mornings. The management team, front counter staff is extremely friendly, customer service focused & helpful. Staff makes it a priority to keep the gym clean and makes gym members accountable place their weights back on to racks. There's a second location for this gym in Seven hills that offers more group types of training & a bigger location. For someone who is in their 50's just interested in strength training & bit of cardio this gym offers me best value.
