Very easy to use. Cleaning after use is a breeze. Handy, I find myself reaching out more often to clean now. I had a Dyson G1 which was quite hard to clean after using it. Hair always got tangled & hard to remove. Needed tweezers. But the F25 has no tangled hair. Very easy to use compared to the Dyson G1. Show details

I was initially excited about this Roborock, but it failed within just about 7 months of use. First, the front spinner stopped working. After a warranty repair, it began leaking water and detergent within just two weeks, causing pooling at the powered charging base—a serious electrical safety concern. spinner motor started detaching, exposing wires.
The support team is responsive but not helpful—they repeatedly ask you to send the vacuum back to their repair service center yourself. The whole process is lengthy and you left with no vacuum.
Overall, I expected much better reliability from a product at this price point.

great machine. It’s a delight to use daily and the steam cleaning is definitely worth it. My home is predominantly tiled, I don’t wear shoes indoors and having the steam cleaned floors really makes a difference. The floor feels very clean on my feet - you can also tell from the dirty water tank. The ease of use makes cleaning less of a chore and I actually do the cleaning more often now. The self cleaning is very useful as I don’t need spend more time cleaning the unit than the home (with some units the post cleanup took as long as the actual cleaning?!!) I also used the F25 Ultra to vacuum my carpeted bedroom, it’s sufficient but a dedicated carpet vacuum might be needed if you have deep carpets. The vacuum function works well on hard surfaces.
There are a few things Roborock can improve on: a. the app connection speed to the F25 is excessively slow. It takes about 30secs to a minute to connect - I have an iphone 16 pro (just saying so you know I don’t have an ancient phone to blame) and strong wifi at home; b. Installation - there is a bug in the installation process when the app was trying to establish connection it stated it can’t connect to F25 Ultra and wouldn't proceed until the user intervenes. When I check the network setting it showed that the iphone is already connected to the F25. Took a while to get pass this issue but all done - some customers might not be be happy with the confusion. c. detergent level setting - even though I selected ‘off’ I can see soapy water in the dirty water tank and no its not because of the floor (floor had no liquids etc).
Follow-up · This is a quick follow up. I’m very happy I bought the F25. My home is much cleaner with it and cleaning is now a much more positive experience for me. used to avoid if possible. Also floors were never really clean dipping a mop into water that got dirtier by the minute. My new Roborock F25 Ace has changed all of that. I get half the house done one day and the other half the next day and my floors have never been this clean. It’s self propelled so that helps with my bad elbow and the amount of dog hair that I empty after a clean is testament to how good this machine is. Any spills or accidents can be immediately dealt with, no effort needed. I love that it cleans and dries itself when put back on the charging station. Such a great machine that has taken my level of floor cleaning to phenomenal. I would recommend this to anyone who has hard floors throughout their home. Just so easy to use.

looked better. Standard 3 bd home with polished floor boards throughout is vac'd, mopped, and completely dry in under 15 mins. I have 1 dog and 4 cats, so the self-cleaning and detangling hair/fur was an important feature for me. Not only does it collect in a separate compartment, but I also don't have to touch any of it when emptying. So that was another big bonus for me. I have a weak stomach. I look forward to vac/mopping every day now. The machine talks to me and tells me exactly at what point we are in the cycle, whether I need to add water or return the machine to the dock for cleaning. It also lies flat to the point where you can easily get under the lounge or bedroom furniture. Seriously, I am so very glad I bought this. Highly recommend

Love this product. The floors are left exceptionally clean and dry after using the F25. It is very easy to manoeuvre, and the self-cleaning and drying functions make it simple to use and maintain. The only point worth noting is the delivery time—it took around two weeks to receive the product. It’s made cleaning so easy. I’m amazed at how clean my floors are! I like to do more than one room at a time, Eg it will take me 20mins to clean the kitchen and give the bathrooms a mop on steam mode. I find it more efficient to do a few rooms each use. mode. I don’t leave the mop dirty and like to use the self clean after every use. My dog is transitioning into his summer coat. The f25 ultra has made cleaning the hair covered floor and his muddy footprints so easy. I’m always shocked at how black and dirty my water tank is! I am very impressed and happy with my purchase.

I absolutely LOVE the Roborock F25 Ace!! It's incredibly easy to use and it does a fantastic job of cleaning the floors! effort, the machine is doing all the hard work, I'm basically just guiding it. And because it does both jobs at once it halves my cleaning time. I'm really happy with how well it cleans the floor, sure the odd mark might take a couple of passes but it's definitely easier than a standard mop. Because it can lay flat and is able to turn, the F25 Ace gets into tight spaces and under tables etc and because it's so easy and convenient to use, I find I'll use it for small spills rather than grabbing paper towel. The floor dries so much faster than a standard mop which is great with little dogs in the house. Once I've finished a full clean, it's so easy to put the machine back on its base station and press the self-clean mode. It tells you exactly what it's doing as it's doing it and tells you when to remove the dirty water tank and clean it out. Super easy. I totally recommend the F25 Ace!

demonstrating it to a friend that afternoon and we don’t it’s only been a few hours amount of dust that can come in your home. It’s amazing.
I do find the voice commands a little bit annoying but I know you can turn them off. The self drying option is fantastic. I double checked both times thatI’ve used it and it was completely dry.
The roller emptying the bin out was a bit tricky at first, but I worked it out. I it was just me and I was surprised actually how much stuff it cleaned up of the floor.
I haven’t felt the need to use a steam mop since I’ve got this. I was looking at the three options where you can get onewith steam but I wasn’t happy when I read some of the reviews and this has a hygiene function which I think is great, specially with a and dogs.
It does pick up Dog hair quite easily. We do have a pug that loves to glitter the house and make the floor sparkle with Hair so hopefully this will be a great new addition to my vacuum collection as I’m calling it.
Added bonus for when I went to pick it up it was on sale in the Costco warehouse which was fantastic.
Follow-up · Follow up I have only used the steam mop once since I’ve got this Robo rock. The voice command don’t bother me actually. Find it hard to hear what they’re saying. The modes of the vacuum seem to be very similar to one another. Carpet is a no no it just wets it. I have found you have to be very careful with how much Liquid you put in as they can leave a residue.
Easy to use, good result - floors clean and not too wet after. Saves time being able to vacuum and mop at same time. Battery lasts good length for cordless. Relatively easy to clean empty dust and water. Show details
I couldn't be happier with my Roborock F25 Ace. We have tried a number of other ways to clean our tiled floor and have never been happy with the result. The F25 Ace cleans the floor beautifully. out perform the Hizero and was quieter than the Hoover! The F25 has exceeded my expectations, the ease of emptying is amazing, the Hizero had so many parts to clean but the Roborock F25 is simple, doesn't use too much water to clean and the emptying container doesn't need to be cleaned out until I have finished cleaning the WHOLE house upstairs and downstairs. The battery life is about an hour, which is brilliant!! Very happy, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great machine.
Follow-up · Product is still going well, but ROBOROCK support is pretty dismal. Can't recommend if you have an issue with an appliance. Very poor service so far.
Clicking wheels right out of the box. The promotional gift voucher was never received. Back-and-forth emails with no resolution and pre-written generic replies. After finally returning, the repaired unit they sent back had the same problem. No resolution offered, no reply to my email advising them that the repaired unit still malfunctions.
