Love the product and the service – This is my first robovac. I got this entry level model from this reputed but affordable brand. I loved it immediately. customer service) under warranty. By now, it’s a key part of my life and I couldn’t survive without it. During that time a competitor entry level model was on sale, so I bought it as the interim and future backup option. It was not nearly as good as my Q7! You can’t imagine my relief when the Q7 came back. I will back this brand 100% and am upgrading to a new Roborock when the time is right.

So glad I bought it – I use the Roborock Q7 on wooden floors and the occasional flat weaved rug. It is a fantastic little machine, does a great job. Leaves the floorboards looking almost polished, and it does a great job on the rugs too. I would thoroughly recommend it. The app can be a little complicated to set up, but works well. Roborock Brilliant – Predominately I have a tiled house with carpeted bed rooms, I believed that i kept the house cleaned but Roborock has made a total difference with the amount of dust that it has collected. Roborock Q7 makes a huge difference to my tile floors – Overall it keeps my floors clean, I have two small dogs so I use my Roborock every day. It just does the work, it keeps the mess off the floor and my life is so much easier. Best money I’ve spent all year – Had been on the fence about purchasing a robot vac for over a year. After lots of research and debating whether it would actually be worth it, finally went with this model and I am in love with it. Love the app and ability to turn it on and control where it goes remotely. Also like the ability to set certain rooms to have higher suction power or to do the area twice. Sometimes need to get my stick vacuum out to pick up bits it’s missed from corner areas, but for the amount of time it’s saving me, that is a minor issue. Only thing that is a little annoying is when it mapped my house, it has mapped an outdoor deck as part of the house which you can’t manually delete. Easy work around by setting it as a “no go zone”, but I would like to just be able to delete the area off the map entirely. I got it for $200 off on special and have noticed they do seem to run frequent specials, so would suggest waiting for one of those !

Delighted – I got this for $719.00. It is my first robot vacuum. I am a complete convert. I am now using it to vacuum my house every day. It's about as noisy as my other vacuum cleaner. I am going to get a robot mop next. Show details ·  1
