Fabulous and Safe – When i bought the Elfin 2 Stroller my son was only 10 months and This Pram has been fabulous as ever.Easy to manouver on the road. The complete fold back of the seat has been a blessing on the pram makes it easy for the baby to sleep with no disturbance.I only wish this Pram had a toddler seat to attach on the pram since I now have a second child… Read more
and my eldest still wants to sit in the stroller.I would reccomend this Pram/stroller to anyone. Also it is easy to fold and lock n store in the car as easy as 1,2,3. Felt Safe using it while travelling.Sturdy pram,Accessible.
Love this stroller – I love this pram I have used it with my son from birth he is now three and still able to sleep in it a little squishy now but still comfy. It's Light, easy to stir, and easy to fold. All round its a great pram. I would recommend this pram to anyone Light, easy to stir, compact, cheap parts are starting to break now, but are replace no questions… Read more · 2
asked by the company, doesnt fold with the front bar on which means i often use it with out. which makes the pram look a little cheap
OK – If the footrest was made bigger and the seat was also deeper then I would recommend this product fully. I would consider buying this brand again. I have had my stroller since 2006 and it is still in good condition even after 2 children. Very lightweight and easy to fold out and collapse. Not too bulky which is good so as not to take up room in the… Read more
car boot. Easy to maneouver. The footrest is very small so the children's feet tend to fall off quite easily, especially when they have fallen asleep and then their feet will rub against the front wheel. Also the seat of the stroller is not very deep so not so suitable for an average 3 year old or older.
Excellent – While this stroller isn't designed for long distance walking or jogging, I can assure you it has done a lot of both. Easier than pneumatic tyres (in my opinion) and so light and easy to use. Easy to clean, folds nice a flat and very reasonably priced. It is made from quality materials so has lasted the distance. I have used from newborn to… Read more
toddler. Have loved this stroller for the past 3 years I have used it.
Very light, easy to fold (once you learn how), durable and has done a lot of kms.
Great value for money and folds very flat Over time it has become very stiff to fold and it feels like it may 'fail' one day but considering it has been very well used and not always treated the best, I suppose this can be expected
Good – I love this pusher. I've had it for a couple months and haven't had any problems so far! My 6 month old boy is very happy and comfortable in it and loves to grin at me through the peep hole. I find it especially handy that it can be pushed with one hand, makes it easy for me to use it in the supermarket and carry a shopping basket at the same… Read more
time.
This is definitely value for money especially when compared to other pushers in its price range. Lies flat, very maneuverable, slender so fits nicely in cafes and shopping aisles, good height, large carry basket, durable tyres, folds very easily and almost completely flat. A little 'airy' around the canopy but nothing a few pieces of strategically placed velcro tape couldn't fix, I've read it can tip easily (a feature of most 3 wheelers) so it would pay to be cautious and not put too much weight on the handlebars like shopping bags etc, rattles a little when you push it.
Good – This is my 4th stroller and most probably my last as it is much more durable than all my past strollers. It's also very affordable. Sturdy without being heavy. Comfortable to push around. End of seat always points down which is slippery to sit on, requires readjustment every time
Bad – i would have liked to have kept it but it just felt like it was going to fall apart. ive noticed they no longer sell them here aswell. small 3wheeler, rubber wheels, boot cover thought this was a good pram untill 3weeks after buying it, it became flimsy. felt like it was going to just fall apart
Excellent – We bought this stroller as the original one we had, a hand me down( a mothers choice one- too bulky) was too large to fit into my meagre Hyundai Getz! we purchased the stroller from Babies Galore and it was reduced in price to around $179. Our baby has never had a problem kickin' back in this stroller, now shes 6months, she prefers the the… Read more
position where they are sat completely up right. The straps are nicely padded so they don't dig into bubby (unlike other strollers i've seen!) and it comes with a little tray to put bubs sipper cup in if you want, or you can just remove it.
A really great product, and will last well into the toddler years, why spend thousands on the Big Brand prams? this does the job and doesn't take up much space! light weight, reasonable price, funky design
Excellent – Brilliant! Would recommend it to anyone wanting a compact lightweight pram. I only wish I knew about them with my older kids. Would have saved straining my back with a heavier pram. This is the lightest, easiest, best pram/stroller/buggy I have ever used (and I have 3 kids)! We bought it while pregnant with our third baby because I was… Read more
sick of lugging a heavy and bulky pram in and out of the car.
I still wanted the features of the larger buggys (like Mountain buggy/Phil & Teds etc) but without the huge price tag, or the bulkiness.
I wanted it to be VERY easy to fold up and down and to be lightweight. This flips open in a second. Grab the handle, and lift it upright then it clicks into locked position. No levers or catches - brilliant.
As you can see I LOVE this pram. Wish I'd known about it for our first baby. This buggy has it all!!! I think its a great all rounder for the price. Doesnt have toddler attachment (seat) so wouldn't be any good if you needed to seat 2. But I dont think its designed for that purpose anyway.
Good – This product is not for rugged terrain or jogging, but absolutley excellent for shopping & travelling. Reccommend that you try it before you buy. Light weight, easy to fold & unfold. Bought ours 2nd hand off ebay for $50.00 and have been very pleased with the result. Used for new born & had an oxygen bottle for the 1st 4 months, so plenty of space… Read more
in basket. Goes through the narrowist checkout. Would buy a new 1 if wasn't having 2nd child.Excellent value.
Excellent – Started with a horrible large old fashioned Graco carriage - bought this as a desperation measure when son was a few months old & after 3 yrs constant use by non-driver is still going strong. Brakes just showing wear, starting to 'give' a bit in a few places but would strongly recommend & buy again. Sturdy, attractive, great basket for shopping,… Read more
roomy for older kids, easily taking 18kg son. A bit airy at the back where the canvas cover velco fasteners always seems to come loose. Bulky for unassisted bus travel.
OK – I was convinced by the lady at the shop to buy it. She said it was popular. I got it for $150 so it was cheap but i should have spent a bit more and got something i really wanted. My daughter hates this pram and cried constantly. I think she was uncomfortable as its a small pram. Would'nt recommend it for newborns. Having said all of this if my… Read more
daughter liked it i would have just stuck with it. lightweight, large basket, fits into small cars and fits through aisls easily The back rest spring broke and kept falling, the padding on the handles discolours, you have to use three mechanisms to collapse it, the pram topples over when there is something on the handle, not very good for rough terrain. It didnt come with any accessories and it has no parent tray.
Good – When I got it one of the folding mechanisms was broken but they fixed straight away - this be an issue if out of warrant as plastic is cheaper. I found it very useful for newborn to 8 month old for travelling and for shopping trips. Not so good for long walks or more regular rugged/hilly pushing. But due to size and price very worthwhile.… Read more
Lightweight and easy to manuveur. I liked that I could mauveur backwards one handed which made opening door easier. Good price and easy to fold unfold once you know the knack. Because it is light it can tip if too much weight in on the handlebars or maybe with a larger child. Also needs an added pram liner (but that easy to fix.

Excellent – This is my third stroller I had 2 for my first child and have purchased the Elfin after my 2nd child was born and now use it for my 3rd baby. Multiple locking I personally find to be MUCH safer than other styles. Much sturdier than a normal 3 wheel pram which I have previously owned and sold due to living in a very hilly township and it used to… Read more
want to tip over all the time you had to continually have pressure on the upside of the pram. Even though the Elfin is a three wheel style wheel set up I find having the 2 wheels together at the front is much sturdier and a lot safer than a normal 3 wheeler and I can push it around town with one hand in 90% of the places. It is a very light stroller and due to ceasarian section deliveries with my kids all being around the 4.42kg or 9lb11oz it was a breeze to fold up and put into the car. My son is just 16 months old now and weighs in at 16kg and is over a meter tall, he still uses this stroller and loves it. I havn't had any mechanical problems at all and can't say enough about the pram. I have reccommended it too many mums who also love it. Possible one handed operation. Multiple locking mechanisims to fold the stroller. Very light. Great size shopping basket. Foot/Wind cover Possibility of a couple more extras like a parents tray, reversable handle and maybe a bit of extra soft padding for a newborn, but at the price I paid $140 I think it was an absolute bargain for what I got. And don't forget it is a stroller not a full fledged pram.
Good – I wanted to purchase a 3 wheeled pram but found most of them were too big for our car. The Roger Armstrong was compact and small enough when folded to fit in our boot space. The brakes are difficult to lift off once on. The basket is much larger than a lot of other prams. Overall, I recommend it to other parents. lightweight, easy to push… Read more
one-handed, easy to fold, easy to clean, decent sixed basket, compact when folded not taking up much room in the car, reasonably priced. brakes are hard to use, needs more padding for newborns, reversable handle would be handy, needed to buy sheepskin liner to make it more comfortable, no "parent's caddy".
OK – This was my husbands choice (he choose it on its price and easy folding technique) and it has been an ok cheap stroller. Has had 16mths use and we will need to upgrade to a new one for our next baby, as the brake has broken. New model comes with activity tray. Lightweight, fairly easy to maneuver (including one handed), fits into small boot, fits… Read more
through checkouts easily, cheap at $170. Very 'airy' (flaps at back continually come undone making baby very exposed to wind), brake system broke after 9mths use, can tip over quite easily, no parent tray, hard to access basket when in laydown position, straps continually twisting and no quick release, no where to attatch toys, no toddler seat, boot cover hard to attatch, needed to buy a polar fleece pram snug with lambswool liner to help make it more suitable for newborn and for using during the colder months.
Good – I am really pleased I didn't rush out and buy a top of the range pram... am definitely glad to have opted for a deluxe stroller instead. The one hand fold and the fact that it easily fits into the very small boot of my VW Polo. The price represents great value for money. My newborn was 9 pounds, 6 ounces and has been comfortable in it since day 1… Read more
(I purchased a cheap towelling pram liner from Baby Co. which provides just that little extra padding). The height of the handle is a little low for me.. would be great to have adjustable handles. Difficult to fit items in the storage basket when pram is in full recline position for newborns.
Excellent – I love it! I paid $170 and think it was well worth the money. I have a 3 and 4 year old and am using it for my hefty 4 month old so needed something light and manouverable, while being sturdy and safe. I use this daily, and we rely on public transport so needed something that was easy to fold down and light so I could juggle a baby, pram and bags.… Read more
My son is 8.5kg and 70cm long and fits fine in it, so I am not too sure what people mean when they are saying a 70cm baby doesn't fit? I would highly reccomend this for people who aren't wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on a pram. I don't regret it and haven't had a problem with it in the 4 months I have had it :) One hand steer, one hand fold down, small, light and very compact for a 3 wheeler. I like how the front wheel is 2 so it's more sturdy. I am quite tall at 178cm and this is one of the best prams for my height! That the seat must be flat to fold down and that the boot cover can't be on to fold down.
Good – I think it is a decent stroller - it stays at my mums and she much prefers it to my 'expensive' pram. Nicer looking than an umbrella stroller too. Good shopping basket - easily accessible Easy to push Very light and folds up small for the car As suggested, it is hard for someone taller (I normally push it with my fingertips) - but is taller… Read more
than most strollers in this category
Folding mechanism is really hard to push - but there's another way to do it, the staff where I bought it showed me
Terrible – Very poorly made. As others have suggested it is not suitable if you are quite tall. Very Disappointed in product and in Roger Armstrongs customer service. well Lack of. Avoid at all costs cheap price for a 3 wheel stroller Broke the first time i used it with my 1 week old daughter. Wheel fell off and continued to fall off. Took it back to the… Read more
place of purchase and they gave me a heap of clips to attach the wheel. 3 weeks later i went through all of the clips. Contacted Roger Armstrong directly they refused to issue a refund or replacement.
Good – Excellent pram overall and was very happy with it. No fancy bells and whistles and certainly not of a long lasting quality but at only $100 it was great value. I owned numerous $500-$1000 prams once this one broke and I think this one remained my favourite simply because it was so light and easy to handle! Very lightweight, easy to fold and very… Read more
simple flip out action to unfold. Excellent steering in both shopping centres and when taking it for a walk. Good sized storage basket that is easy to access. Cheap to buy and Roger Armstrong is quite helpful and reasonably priced when contacted for accessories. Fold mechanism snapped after a year of use and I can't really see an Elfin lasting too much longer than that anyway as numerous things were looking pretty worn out at that point. It's a small pram and my daughter was getting too big for it by about 12 months.
Bad – I was talked into getting this pram by the sales lady (as they do) and told that so many other people were happy with it and didn't come back in with problems. For the $100 mark, perhaps this is a case where you get what you pay for? but I had many moments where it drove me crazy and I would have got something else had I been able to turn back… Read more
time. Next time I will opt for a sturdier second pram. I wouldn't recommend using it from birth, that could be dangerous! The fact that it is so light, easy to wheel around, my daughter loved the little viewing window (even if it was so thick we were blurry to each other!) You need to press 3 different things to collapse it which is usually tricky and annoying. Because it is so light weight, my mother was walking my daughter along in it and it toppled over, very easily, which horrified her and put her off of being the designated pusher in future! I found I did have at least a handful of topples using the pram, it doesn't seem sturdy enough and that could be a safety issue. I think the wheels are a cheap design. Most annoying of all the belt clasp jammed and many guys/family members tried but failed to unjam it. It remained jammed for quite while. Once it was finally pulled oped one day, it jammed so easily again to my dismay.

Good – Fantastic pram overall. I prefer to use this pram than my jogger when shopping as it is much easier to pull out of the car and manuveur around aisles. Very lightweight and easy to manuveur (even one handed with the other hand full of shopping!) Reasonably priced and a good amount of storage. Easy to unfold. Quite a long pram, so still takes up a… Read more
lot of room in the car (even a mid-sized 4WD), but probably no more than other prams of the same kind. Fold down mechanism has stuck a couple of times and seat needs to be flat to fold.
Bad – 8mth old pram with mechanical probs,is useless to bub and will be 4sale as soon as it can be replaced. Easy to manuvure. One hand steer... if required, LOL Where do I start...had a larger baby, it is not very wide, or long. My bub (8mths) is long and he cannot lay down in it anymore. Canvas lining is horribly uncomfortable and you will need to… Read more
buy a liner. No protection for bumper just toxic smelling painted foam stuff. Fold mechanism has been replaced already as has the netting at the back which came undone. Have used on and off for 8mths.
Good – Bought this pram to make do until we knew a bit more about prams. We haven't bothered with another yet, as we have quite liked it, have got our money's worth already! Light, easy to manouver, not too wide Bit low, bit drafty inside for bub - gaps in sides.
OK – I'm pretty short so this pram was perfect for my height although not very good for hubby who is tall. Its a good second pram. Lightweight, Very easy to maneuver. Brakes are hard to use. Not good for tall people
Good – Great overall pram nice and light which was great because I did my back in shortly after bub was born. Good price would recommend to anyone Light, easy to maneuver, fits into tighter spaces than most strollers brake is had to get off
