Lasted over a decade – I was sorry to see that this rice cooker is no longer available. Mine stopped working yesterday after more than a decade. Its been fantastic and i mourn its passing. I used it in an industrial fashion to melt large amounts of wax and it worked so well. I’d love to buy another if they were still being made. Thank you Ronson.

Surprisingly good for a cheapie – I wrecked my rice cooker and needed a replacement. I wanted a small cooker, preferably a 'jar' model and saw this at Target online for $40. The capacity wasn't stated, but for $40 I expected a small cooker considering Japanese or Korean 5 cup 'jar' model cookers tend to be around the $100 mark. Was I surprised when this 10-cup monster turned up. Cooks rice beautifully. For anyone who is interested, the capacity is 2-10 cups. Cooks rice perfectly. Supplied with steamer, measuring cup and scoop. Too big for my needs.
