Roof Co Group

Roofco initial response to my request was not promptly responded to. But once a response was made the rest of the process was well attended and professionally handled. The repair crew were pleasant and appear to be competent and were effective communicators. Show reply

I cannot get on the roof to see for myself, though the pics you provided look very good. Show reply

I did not have a good experience with Roofco Group. I was getting their ad in my face book feed so decided i would go to their website, and fill in my details. Filled in my details and heard nothing. Couple of days later, i went back and filled in the online form again, and waited. Nothing. In the end i rang their phone number , nice lady called… Read more

Lilly answered. She said she couldn't find my online form. While i had her on the phone, i asked if someone could come and give me a quote to get my roof looked at and improve my guttering. Lilly was good, said they would be in contact. Last time i heard from them was the 5 March, now the 16 March. I dont recommend them, unreliable, dont get back to you. Not a good experience

Came out to check roof and promised to send quote. Have not received. Emailed and asked for qukte, no response.

I can’t comment on their work because the quote was completely outrageous and I mean outrageous. Think of a reasonable number and triple it plus some. This is not a fake review. Taking advantage. Soo disappointed

I have found Rico group incredibly professional and timely in their attention to re-pointing the ridge cap of my two story house here at the gap. In particular, I would like to single out Reana who was my contact for this project from beginning to end. She has been incredibly helpful and patient and following up on some aspects of the work after… Read more ·  1

I would like to thank Roof Co Group for the professional approach and excellent workmanship on my patio and carport. At all times, I was kept up to date, and advised when they would be at my job. Everyone I spoke to, or corresponded with, was polite and efficient. Both Harry and Ashley were a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend Roof Co to anyone needing any roof repairs or replacement. Show reply

Roof Co conducted themselves professionally from the get-go. Easy online booking system, reminders & reliable date/time to give their opinion/quote. Then talked me through the job needed to fix the problems with pictures taken & explanations. Then reliable/prof team to get the job done. As I'm on my own doing this, I appreciated straight forward/reliability & no hassels. Thankyou, Jennifer Show reply

It is said: “communication is key” and it’s certainly the case with Roof Co Group. From our initial enquiry we received excellent levels of connection coupled with action. Their team is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and courteous. The work that was required to be done in stages over a few weeks was carried out efficiently and professionally.… Read more ·  1

Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and with care. We highly recommend the Roof Co Group team.

Great service, communication thtough whole process was fantastic on every level from quote to job being completed Show reply

I had my roof checked not because i had a leak but more as a maintenance check as the house is 11 years old and we had a cyclone last year. There were really only minor works needed. From quote to the work being conducted was all done professionally and timely. I would highly recommend Roof Co Group for any roofing check or work needed. Show reply

Roof Co Group were very understanding about our requirements and the conditions imposed on us by our insurance company to complete the alterations required to our roof to prevent water leaking into the ceiling cavity. The process followed enabled us to be very clear of the work that they were doing and what the outcomes would be once the alterations were done. Show reply

Great service and professional team. Very happy with my home battery and solar install, my house is now running 99% off grid. Highly recommended.

Your tradesman arrived when he said he would and completed the job in good time. No issues and I would recommend your company to other people.

Very happy with the service. They came out quickly for the quote. Once we accepted the quote, we were scheduled in, within a week. The pergola looks great and it was installed efficiently. The roofers were polite and answered all questions on the day and cleaned up the surrounds before they left. Show reply

Wonderful, prompt, polite staff. Completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Quick response in providing a quote and only a short time before the work was carried out. Efficient workers who arrived on time .

The roof repair result is difficult to assess until we experience a similar weather event that precipitated my contact for assessment and then the subsequent repair. At this time the repair appears complete with no recurrence. Contact and work done was very satisfactory. Your employees were polite and efficient. Show reply

I had a frustrating experience with this company. When I first called, the receptionist was quite rude and made me feel like I was being a nuisance. She answered very abruptly and told me I’d receive a call back. However, no one contacted me for over a month. Then, out of the blue, I got a text saying someone would come in two days. I confirmed, but no one showed up. Overall, the service was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Quick to engage, organise site inspection and quote, and timely service. Work completed to a good standard. Show reply

Here's a review for Roof Co Group: *5/5 Stars* I've gotta say, Roof Co Group is hands down the most reliable roofing company I've ever dealt with! step of the way.

What really sets them apart, though, is their trustworthiness. I've had some dodgy experiences with tradies in the past, but Roof Co Group is a breath of fresh air. They showed up on time, did the job to perfection, with no hidden costs involved.

Their reliability is top-notch too - they communicated clearly and kept their promises. I didn't have to chase them up for anything, which was a nice change!

Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Roof Co Group and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Five stars isn't enough !

Prompt quote and job done well and on time as arranged Show reply

Roof Co inspected a leaking roof issue and provided options to repair and waterproof against future leaks. In addition I requested them to install gutter guards. Roof Co Inspector and repair technicians were very professional, prompt, tidy and quick on the job. I am satisfied with the quality of work and products used. Show reply
