Lilly answered. She said she couldn't find my online form. While i had her on the phone, i asked if someone could come and give me a quote to get my roof looked at and improve my guttering. Lilly was good, said they would be in contact. Last time i heard from them was the 5 March, now the 16 March. I dont recommend them, unreliable, dont get back to you. Not a good experience

I had my roof checked not because i had a leak but more as a maintenance check as the house is 11 years old and we had a cyclone last year. There were really only minor works needed. Roof Co Group were very understanding about our requirements and the conditions imposed on us by our insurance company to complete the alterations required to our roof to prevent water leaking into the ceiling cavity. The process followed enabled us to be very clear of the work that they were doing and what the outcomes would be once the alterations were done. Show reply

I can’t comment on their work because the quote was completely outrageous and I mean outrageous. Think of a reasonable number and triple it plus some. This is not a fake review. Taking advantage. Soo disappointed

I had a frustrating experience with this company. When I first called, the receptionist was quite rude and made me feel like I was being a nuisance. She answered very abruptly and told me I’d receive a call back. However, no one contacted me for over a month. Then, out of the blue, I got a text saying someone would come in two days. I confirmed, but no one showed up. Overall, the service was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Unreliable – Poor communication between roofing/ scaffolding company . Job done but scaffolders turn up unannounced in our yard with angry dogs out . Lucky for them . Wouldn't recommend them due to our experience .

Roofco initial response to my request was not promptly responded to. But once a response was made the rest of the process was well attended and professionally handled. The repair crew were pleasant and appear to be competent and were effective communicators. Show reply

Roof Co conducted themselves professionally from the get-go. Easy online booking system, reminders & reliable date/time to give their opinion/quote. Then talked me through the job needed to fix the problems with pictures taken & explanations. Then reliable/prof team to get the job done. Very happy with the service. They came out quickly for the quote. Once we accepted the quote, we were scheduled in, within a week. The pergola looks great and it was installed efficiently. The roofers were polite and answered all questions on the day and cleaned up the surrounds before they left. Show reply

The roof repair result is difficult to assess until we experience a similar weather event that precipitated my contact for assessment and then the subsequent repair. What really sets them apart, though, is their trustworthiness. I've had some dodgy experiences with tradies in the past, but Roof Co Group is a breath of fresh air. They showed up on time, did the job to perfection, with no hidden costs involved.

Their reliability is top-notch too - they communicated clearly and kept their promises. I didn't have to chase them up for anything, which was a nice change!

Roof Co inspected a leaking roof issue and provided options to repair and waterproof against future leaks. In addition I requested them to install gutter guards.
