Unreliable – Flowers were book and paid the day before delivery, to be delivered between 9am and 3pm, delivery address less than 10 min walking. Had to follow up delivery few times to then be informed that it would be done by 7pm. It was a commercial address - not too sure how they would do that!!! Just awful place. Please save yourself time and frustration and DO NOT use this place!!! Show details

SCAM DONT BUY FROM HERE – Ordered flowers to be delivered. Said their cold room broke down and they are unable to deliver. Offered a full refund but did not get my money back as promised and got ghosted via text/email/enquiry/paypal. Had to escalate the case via paypal. Been a 2 month battle now. Ridiculous scam of a company. Give me back my money and don’t buy from here. Show details

digusting – Ordered flowers 2 weeks before valentines day and Flowers never arrived on valentines day, There was next to no communication about the failed delivery and they have also failed to explain why it was never delivered, Was promised i'd recieve a call by close of business day 15/02 and not only could they not deliver the flowers they also couldnt even give me a 1min call, horrible customer service.

Overprices and overpresented – I bought an arrangement from them the other day for $145. What arrived could have been compiled by my 5 year old for $30. The arrangement was shabby and lacked any design. Stay away

Worst service ever – Order flowers for valentines paid extra for shipping before 5pm and email updates Received none Get a phone call from the delivery driver at 5:48pm asking me where to deliver Told him to take back as my wife had finished work at 5pm Still no email response will never use this company again very disappointed and so is my wife

Disgraceful – Ordered some flowers 2 weeks before the delivery date. I did not receive any updates on the order and tried to phone and email rose and co multiple times but went to voicemail amd flowers arrived the following day.. nobody has yet responded to my emails and phone calls Or offered any explanation as to why. Don’t use these guys. Plenty of other good florists that deliver same day service etc.

Poor Quality, Poorer customer service – Delivery was late and delivered flowers were nothing like the advertised photo. Contacted customer service multiple time and never received any reply. Read their Facebook reviews before ordering online. Will never use this service ever again.
