youre facing the office and it was on Tuesday morning the 24th. I think she may have had light freckles, or maybe not. Burnette hair and not very good looking.. reminds me of a boy. I think she should probably lose her job, she clearly has no joy being there and finds the work too challenging. I hope management do something before this girl/boy is rude to other customers.

Over priced Not an express trip due to multiple stops at Fremantle. Air con nearly froze us. PA sound was rubbish couldn’t hear a thing. Not good in an emergency or evacuation situation Air con dripped water on me & stained my pants. Don’t choose them! Show details

We booked a b-shed direct to rottnest but they changed it on us last minute. I've got small children and we booked direct for a reason. Absolute rubbish

for my 2.5 year old. They were in a rush as the ferry was about to leave so I didn't get a chance to ask for another one.The bike with the kids trailer attached also kept falling over because the stand didn't work. As a result, when we visited the tourist info centre, the bike with the kids trailer fell over and as my wife came to help me, she put her bike with my son in the child seat on the stand and rushed to help. This was partly our fault as we should never have left him even for a second but the wind was strong and the bike was too light and back heavy. it toppled over with my son in it and his head hit the pavement. He didn't have a helmet on as it was too big and had to be rushed to the nursing station. Thankfully he only suffered a large lump on his head and was cleared of concussion. 2 since arriving we were distressed and made the best of an already ruined day. The ferry ride itself was fine but the bikes are of poor quality and need to be replaced or maintained better. Considering further action but waiting for a response first.

Over booked, left standing – The trip was booked as a group of about 70 people for a work function on the 830am . every seat. It should be setup for maximum passengers in row seating. According to the plan on the lower deck it has a capacity of 88 passengers there were 60. I am not sure how you would get an additional 18 on board.

Bikes were booked and child's bike for 7 year old was a 20" bike not the right size. My son's hired bike has very ineffective breaks. The back breaks don't even work.

Bad service and quality all around.

Hot as hell!! – If you like to travel in a floating sauna, maybe this company is for you! My family and I didn't enjoy the ride home as the boat was a big floating sauna. There were 4 air conditioners, that's hardly worked at all! For the amount you pay to get on this boat, you would expect to be a little comfortable. We were lucky no one passed out!
