Have had our Aussiemate now for nearly 3 years. Absolutely love every thing about it. Had a few minor warranty issues to get sorted so decided to take it from QLD to Melbourne and go the Royal Flair themselves. What a great decision that turned out to be. Joel and Anthony in the workshop were outstanding. They went above and beyond to get… Read more

everything sorted. They even picked up a few things I missed and fixed those as well.

Thanks to Mark and Carolyn in the warranty office as well for making it all so easy.

Happy days. Time to hit the road again.

Amazing Caravan! – We purchased our Royal Flair Family Flair in 2022, and it’s been an amazing van packed with luxury features. The bathroom functionality is awesome, and the kitchen is well-designed for easy cooking on the go. Everything feels high-quality and well-built, making it a great investment for family adventures. Bit of rust on some outside fittings but has been in the rain a bit, otherwise not 1 warranty claim!

Royal Flair Aussiemate – We purchased our van in 2016. Approximately in 2018, I commenced discussions about the rapidly fading paintwork, and was advised that there was a problem with panels imported from overseas, and as there were other vans having the same problem, Royal Flair was discussing the problem with the importer, who they were not dealing with any longer. I… Read more

was requested and supplied quotes for plastic film coating and alterative spray paint. Over 5 years of unsatisfactory correspondence and attempted contact with the Boss I gave up. Royal Flair placed the blame on me claiming I should have had the van coated, which I was not advised when purchased. My 3 stars were for the chassis and suspension I can send photos on request

Have been very happy with our Designer Series caravan – We bought the caravan from Levin RV Centre in NZ November 2019. Right from the start the service we got from them was excellent. Any issues were resolved with no problems at all. We have only had a couple of small issues with it. From taking ownership after travelling a short distance the internal sliding doors fell off due to the screws holding… Read more

them being to short. I replaced them the first night with longer ones & since have worked well. The fridge failed to work on gas from brand new but turned out to be the ignitor was not close enough to the steel rod so a quick bend fixed that. The waste pipe under the kitchen sick fell off but very simple to fix with a bit of glue. We lived full time in the van from Nov 20 through to Mar 22 whilst building a new home and had really no issues at all. We had to get the Webasco heater overhauled this year 2023 due to the fact it had done 3,600 hours which we thought was excellent. We also replaced the water pump as it was starting to make noises. Apart from living in the caravan for 15 months we have also spent nearly 200 nights holidaying in it since we have owned it. We both feel that with the amount of time we have lived in it, we would highly recommend buying a Royal Flair caravan.

Warranty issues – I purchased a new 21'6" Piazza in June 2020 from Australian Motor Homes & Caravans (AMH) at Bennetts Green NSW. At handover, I noted several problems which needed rectification which included the skydeck speakers and screws showing signs of rust. At the first AMH service, all the minor matters were dealt with; however, the water ingress issue… Read more

wasn't dealt with. And then Covid kicked in. It became increasingly difficult to resolve anything between AMH and Royal Flair, and the underlying problem just got worse. Royal Flair sent materials to AMH, but AMH were unwilling to to do the repair. In February 2023, Royal Flair repaired the damage.

Approaching the 3rd year of living in the Piazza... and it's a brilliant van. Right now, our deck is used as a walk-in wardrobe, but it has been used as an office, music studio, and second bedroom.

Worst customer service ever dealth with – Would have given them a zero rating if the system would allow me to This company should not be allowed to make or sell caravans, multiple warranty issues still waiting to be addressed by the company (some identified many months ago). They treat people like they are trash when it comes to warranty problems with very little correspondence… Read more

despite numerous reminders and attempts to get the issues rectified. Personally, given my experiences I would never be able to recommend this company's products to anyone. I feel sorry for some staff members and they have tried to render assistance but even they were not given the curteousy of being provided any updates. I don't like being treated like an idiot however I wonder how they react when they buy something and their warranty issues are not be addressed
