I wrote a lengthy reply, proof read it and it disappeared before I could hit send, can it be retrieved or found hidden somewhere?

Hey everyone I was about to join and noticed members saying about a monthly direct debit?

Is this expensive monthly charge(s) worth it? If anyone has found RSVP helpful in finding a partner please advise

Thanks everyone

Paul

Hi Paul. I believe it depends on where you live. I've been on the site in two states and found them vastly different with regards to the quality of user. Personally I won't pay where I live as it seems to be a game of winks and I've purchased stamps to message only to get no reply even though they winked. I'd start by buying the odd stamp and see how that goes. Wendy

I joined rsvp a long time ago. I stopped using it. I didn't realise that my account would continue to be debited 56.00 every month. I thought you paid by buying stamps. I am out of pocket a lot of money. This seems so wrong. Do I have any way of getting my money back?

I have just had the same thing happen to me. I have closed my account having realised the money was coming out. They refuse to refund. I have written countless emails. No one to actually talk to. I just hope there are no more debits

Do women agree to all the money sucking going on in this site? They are just tormenting peoples emotions & trying to bribe them into paying money. How shameful. And how is it allowed in a Country like Australia???????????????????

If RSVP is the Rolls Royce to find a decent partner - based in Australia, with high customer dissatisfaction at several levels, it is no wonder we see them as being avaricious takers without doing the work to encourage a good service - rather than "Funds Inwards" pocketing the proceeds of high gain.

If you seek for legit dating site, RSVP is not #1 choice for sure. Try Seek4Her.com just search for women of your age or close

That's the new Australia for you now Charles - The Woman and the money sucking is all thanks to the deluded "METOO" Movement - its all about power and control & something to aspire to (Empowerment) - But only if you let them! I can see them coming miles away! RSVP and the narcissistic money hungry Woman on there are a total joke now, been that way for many many years!!

She may have blocked you or she may be taking a break from RSVP. It is each person's choice to block anyone, and many people use it as an approach to let you know they are not interested. The harsh reality of on line introduction platforms.

Dont get too caught up in it, enjoy the dates you get, and maybe one of those dates may become a relationship. That is how this stuff works.

I am six months into a relationship with a gorgeous lady after lots of not so successful interactions and dates with others. Remember, you only have to find one person who you love, and they love you.

How hard can it be?

There are millions of people looking for a partner and dozens of dating sites, but it seems all are frauds, some bigger than others! Can't believe this is the state of affairs in First World countries like the US and Australia in the 21st century!! What an irony!!! Is there any organisation, government or private, that can be relied upon to find and punish dating service fraud??

1 way to protect yourself initially is to only use AUST POST debit card. You only put wanted amount on it @ P.O.They can't withdraw more..You cld -" contact the P.M-" email site & complain about too much entrapment & ask for a investigation into sites practices..Basically sites are a-" contract you enter into-" so legal..BEWARE..maybe local social clubs a better spend, more sensible

where on rsvp does it say you have to live in Australia to join? I live in the usa, signed up under Sydney then told account suspended unless I explain why I was using Sydney, the answer is simple if I put my usa postal code it won't let me sign up

If I block someone I think is being a bit creepy can they still see my profile. Feel like this is a bit of ostrich head in the sand thing.

If I am "taking a break' but still looking at profiles, can the owners of those profiles see that I have clicked on them at that time or when I resume being active? And does them being a PREMIERE member make a difference to this question?
