Product works fine until it decides to fault suddenly with normal use – Bought the product just over two years ago seemed to work fine then just suddenly had an electrical fault, was tripping the circuit breaker for the GPO. Contacted the store (The Good Guys) where I bought it and they won't replace it, expire store and manufacturers warranty. Had an electrical issue with another Russell Hobbs product(food processor)… Read more
which I returned prior to purchasing the juicer. At the prices that these products sell for, they should not fault after only 2 years. Seems suspicious that these products are only offering a 1 year warranty when they develop a fault within the 1 to 2 year mark. Would be better to by something much cheaper from another supplier if this is the case.
Not great – After 5 months using this juicer the food now always gets stuck and it jams. No matter how small I cut the pieces. I lost the receipt so I cannot even claim it on the warranty apparently Show details

Total piece of crap – Wish I'd read the reviews first. You could use it as a food processor, don't expect any juice to come out. Show details

No trouble, great price – Bought the juicer a few days ago and have used it twice. Read the instructions, also a friend has one and loves it. Very happy with juicing carrot, apple, celery, ginger and beetroot. Beetroot and ginger are very fibrous so got a bit clogged towards the end but I was finished juicing a litre. Was looking at a juicer 4 x the price so very happy with this one. Show details
I would give half a star if it was possible – Impossible to operate, constantly clogs up no matter which filter I used. It clogged up after 1 carrot! Pulling it apart is very difficult. I attached a video of trying to juice celery after taking the two finer filters off. The video shows what happened when I tried to juice celery. I don’t know how this juicer was approved to be sold because I don’t know what you could juice in it what would not get clogged. Show details
Not for those people who don’t read the booklet provided with the appliance – My wife and I are extremely happy with the RHSJ100 we have both had a read of the booklet supplied with our juicer and have had absolutely no problem with it at all. We have used it for the first time this morning and to us the juicer is very good value for the price. Highly recommended to anyone who reads and follows the instructions!! It’s gold… Read more
for us. Remember it’s a slow cold press juicer and not designed for commercial use. Suits us perfectly.
DON'T BUY SPECTRUM BRANDS WON'T UPHOLD WARRANTY! – Used it 3X a day 7 days a week. 12 months in and it's only gotten clogged once but the jar broke. Warranty only covers the motor not but you can purchase parts (postage you have to pay for as well) Warranty is for 2 years.... should have bought the Sunbeam instead. Worst juicer Ever – Constantly clogs up and wont operate without pulling apart and cleaning it and start again. Its not quick or easy to use. Very disappointed should have done my homework first prior to purchasing Show details
Not sure how this made the shelf – Calling this a juicer is a stretch, my first use fresh out of the box and it constantly clogs up and won’t re operate without pulling apart and cleaning over and over again. Any juice you do extract had thick pulp through it. I haven’t been this disappointed in a product in a long time, was this even tested before hitting the shelves?! It’s really that bad buy anything else! Show details
not happy with juicer – Not happy with amount of juicer that it can extract from foods. No handles to hold onto so that it can be taken apart to clean. Not user friendly and very messy to clean. Show details
Easy to use and clean – It is extremely quiet, easy to clean, just remember to cut the vegetables or fruit as per the manual. All juicers have various pieces to clean, I think this one is very easy to use compared to others that I have had. It does celery easily. I am happy Show details
Not great – Does the job, but stops every few minutes and have to pull apart and clean Drives me nuts should of invested in a more expensive juicer so don’t waste your money on this as it can’t handle much Show details
