Morisset branch,6 months of phone call's ,email's and online chats in regards to my many warranty issues with my BRAND NEW [not so great] Great Aussie Motor Home. I received next to no replies and was treated with a total lack of concern from the manager or salesman even the secretary couldn't be bothered to ring me back after I begged her to do so. In desperation I contacted their head office and sales yard at Penrith on 11/4/25, they have taken on the job, but are STILL waiting on parts. 9 MONTHS since purchase date. "Update" 28/10/25, 12 months since purchase.NO contact at all from RVC Morisset or RV Central OWNER whom I have been updating by email. Couldn't care less I suppose.

12 months since purchase from RVC at Morisset. 6 months since RVC at Penrith took over the many warranty issues. Have had "one" of many faults fixed and that was after I chased up the parts from the ever poorly functioning Aussie Caravans.
