On the 16th May 2026 I purchased a Ryze Element Smart Ring at JB-HiFi, Woden, ACT. The service at JB-HiFi was exceptional good, quick, and professional. The advertisement of Ryze stated the the Smartring battery would last up to 8 days at a single charge. This is faults advertising. I charged the ring as advised in the manual and at the first day… Read more

it just lasted 15 hours with one charge. The second day it lasted 18 hours. This is not a day or 8 days as stated in the advertisement by Ryze. If you need longer than one day of battery power you need the charging cradle always on hand. I contacted the company, not available on a phone but by email only and received a clumsy and user unfriendly email in return requesting statements about the invoice and other details instead of contacting me by phone and discussing or explaining the situation. It looks that this is lately the fashion by lazy companies to get rid of the request of a client by engaging user unfriendly emails or requests. I do not subscribe to this kind of customer service. Therefore, I will return the Ryze Smartring to JB-HiFi for a full refund. Do not purchase this rather "unsmart" ring it is useless and a waste of money.

Absolute garbage. Worked well albeit with accuracy issues for a few months then just stopped connecting to the app except when the battery was at 5%, then loses connection again as soon as the battery gets above 10%. Ryze sent me a replacement on warranty and the new one did the exact same thing after 1 day. This product is absolute garbage and this company is committing fraud by still selling these when they are aware of how terrible they are. Show details

If I could give less than a star I would. I had to exchange my first within 24 hours due to Bluetooth connectivity issues, the replacement did the same thing within 24 hours. It won’t stay connected to Bluetooth and then will just decide it never wants to reconnect to the app. Don’t waste your money Show details

Purchased this ring and the battery died after only 6 months. Was sent replacement and this battery also died after 6 months. Was sent another replacement and it wont connect to my iPhone 12. Complete waste of money do not buy. Show details

Follow-up  · The connection issue exists. It seems when you update the fitware of the ring it doesn’t connect to the latest Ryze go app. It’s been 2 weeks and still waiting for resolution after they replaced the ring twice!! Do not buy!!

Its an expensive step counter or a cheap useless fitness tracker. Their description says it tracks Work Outs but the only catergories you can select are Walking, Running or Cycling. Bad luck if you Gym or play Tennis. I bought a size 13 ring even though it was a bit tight because that was the largest ring in the sizing kit you have to buy. Was… Read more

not happy when noticed a size 14 ring on their web site. It can measure heart rate, temperature, O2 all Ok but things like the sleep monitoring are extremely basic. It might say something needs Attention but then has no details why it needs attention. They also say it can export data to Google Health Connect so in an attempt to get some basic analysis I selected this connection to find that it only exports Step counts! Its pretty much a $200 step counter.
