Sabco Clean & Go Sponge Mop Set

Only good for light cleans – I wanted this for the convenience of being able to store both mop and bucket in a narrow gap between vanity and shower cubicle and for this it’s perfect. And I do like being able to push up and down a few times in the lower section of the bucket to clean the mop head after each few passes (although it is not entirely effective) and then simply push down in the upper section to squeeze the excess water out. However to mop the floor with a head that is rigidly fixed at a 90* angle to the handle means one is mopping with the edge of the sponge rather than a larger flatter surface, and also that narrow gaps are almost impossible to mop unless you’re able to get directly above them. Furthermore, being only a soft sponge with no scourer patch, some spots still need hand scrubbing. So, I’m happy that it fits, and it will be quick and easy for light jobs, but I’ll still need to keep my heavy duty mop for tougher jobs.
