Professional, reliable and cheerful – These guys are true professionals. Everything they do is considered and thoughtful, including a pre-move assessment of our double-storey, five-bedroom home. They were punctual, polite and cheerful and even provided an extra, small van which was required for a few larger items, and extra boxes which came in handy. They were also careful with our furniture, some of which was ‘wonky’. One tip for people reading this: make sure you have a room set aside for items you don’t want packed, such as cleaning equipment.

Told me they could do a job then cancelled two days out – I am moving a gym. [Name Removed] came and quoted 3500-4000 for the move and 880 per month storage (4 20ft containers). The ops manager cancelled the job two days prior.

Great job – From the previous review, it sounds like they had a bad day simply cause these guys were great when they moved us. They went out of their way to make sure every little item was secured in the truck properly, transported the furniture with no breakages at all, then placed each item in the appropriate rooms. They even went so far as to move furniture around for us because I had a back problem.

The move was a full house from Frankston South to Boronia which was a long move but they were very efficient and had finished well before I expected. The temperature was over 35C and they had 2 flights of stairs to climb. Can't get better than that.

Great job and will certainly be using them again.

Lost all of our remotes ($400) to replace ...Lost other bits and bobs No apologies or attempts at reimbursement Some nice staff No Apologies for 'lost' and broken items or attempts at reparation
