A Terrible Incompetent Veterinary Experience – I unfortunately I chose SAI Vetinary Clinic to spend the last minutes with my beautiful boy, Albert. The cruel and callous attitude of the vet [Name Removed] was disappointing but what was unforgivable was his incompetence. At the last stage of the procedure he had to rush outside, leaving me alone with my dying, much loved little dog, Albert as he had forgotten something to complete the process. Shameful!!!
I would not recommend SAI at all for this procedure. It has made me so sad that I had chosen and trusted this vetinarian practice for final moments of Albert’s life.
The nurse offered no words of comfort and was just concerned to get the money for the procedure and paperwork signed. The management response was we are sorry and we will use this incompetent vet’s performance and attitude as a teaching opportunity.
Be warned, do not use this clinic for this procedure !!
