I love the inhaler itself and I believe that it will help speed up the restoration of my voice, but I am disappointed that it came with a bulky rectangular case rather than a removable lid as advertised on the side of its box - hence the 4 stars. The case was not shown in the pictures of the inhaler on the Salin website, otherwise, I would not have bought this model. The case is too large for the inhaler, so it somehow defeats its advertised portability, but is not large enough so I can store both the inhaler and the silica gel sachet, which would at least help to keep it dry. I would still recommend the inhaler, if you do not mind the larger case.
