Absolutely amazing guys!! So friendly and kind nothing was a bother. Did an amazing job and can't thank them enough. They made our 96yr old aunts day with all their help. Thankyou so very much. Would highly recommend to everyone.

tried following up, but my messages have gone unanswered. This kind of pricing practice is unethical—once they’ve loaded your belongings, they can seemingly charge whatever they want. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Very poor experience.

Great service – highly recommend same-day rubbish removal. i have used these guys time and time again and couldnt recommend somebody better for the job! highly professional, always on time & very honest for quotation.

Excel in Excellence – Matt turned up with 1 worker , i second guessed if they could finish it in 1 day. They started 7 am didnt leave until 5:45 and done multiple trips to the tip. Much cheaper than a skip bin which we were regular users of. We have used this company several times in the last 6 months and i couldnt be more happy.

Misleading. Do not engage – Asked quote for 1 king mattress and 1 split king bed base. Quoted $180. The day they arrive, they say mattress thicker than expected. ( quite standard really most mattressses are 20 to 40 cm height, ours 30. ) and bed base bigger than expected. (It is not super king. for the bed base which is at least $100 more than any others I can find. I called the lady back and was told the workers are experienced and will know what to charge. Basically it is up to the worker to charge however they want. If you have a deadline to move you are kinda screwed.

Do not engage.

Dishonest Company – Misleading information given,Arrived 4 hours late no apology,rude people,then had the audacity to overcharge and not even want to take all the rubbish. Very unprofessional company. They should not be in business.

Great Service. Highly Recommended – I used the Same Day Rubbish Removal Sutherland Shire team for a household clean-out which consisted mostly of large items of furniture, including mattresses. All team members were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I appreciate that they recycle goods where possible. Would definitely use again.
