We have tried other types of Juicers, however the Samson is the most versatile for us – We have been using the Samson Juicers since 2013 on a regular basis. Our Samson has been updated with the latest Auger, Juicing screen and Auger body. These are available directly from Samson Brands in America, Google them and also obtain extra screens which although stronger still need replacing as the weakest part. The reason we like the Samson is that it is easy to clean and use. Although the shute does not take a whole apple and the juice is not as perfect as a twin gear machine the Samson works well for us. We have used the other types and for regular use, 2-3 times a week it fits the bill to us.

Purchased in for $300.

Original Juicer is Amazing. New Companies Parts for It Are Awful – Had the original GB9001 for over 10 years before the juicing screen broke in it and found that the original supplier had been replaced by Juicers Australia. I had the choice of getting the old screen again or upgrading the auger, drum and screen so I went for the upgrade thinking that would get more life out of the indestructible motor unit. Sadly that wasn't the case.

The new juicing screens were not even close to the same build quality of the old screens. The seam on stainless steel screen cracks and then fibers build up and crack the plastic reinforcement which destroys the screen. The screens lasted a few months rather than years. I was put off using the unit for a time. My daughter started using it this week and 2 out of 3 of the locking lugs for the end of the drum cracked off. The whole thing lasted just over 2 years and it's not a cheap set of parts.

Juicers Australia just blame the end user and offer no warranty options whatsoever. Replacements or reduced pricing aren't on the table. So I purchased a Kuvings B6000 instead. So glad I didn't waste any more money with Juicers Australia but I'm miffed I couldn't keep using the well designed motor unit.

OK – Quite good overall. We have had ours for about 4 yrs but very disappointed in the juicing cones lack of strength with limited use It does everything it is supposed to. The juicing cones break on a regular basis. We have maybe one juice per week and the cones start to come apart after a month. From Australia they are about 50 dollars to get one delivered. Did order 3 from the states which worked out to be about half price.
