We have had this for approximately 3 months and it is already not working properly. When door is closed it spins without cooking. The door is a very weak point on this microwave so I thoroughly do not recommend buying it.

Worst microwave I have ever used. No timer function. Defrosting food is incredibly complicated and it stops after 1 minute. Interior light is pathetically dim. Also takes longer to cook than any previous microwave I’ve used. Such a poorly designed product. You will regret purchasing this BIG TIME!

Food dryer and toughener – An absolute rubbish product and cannot even perform its core functions. My $50 Anko was way better than this product which costs 3x more. It dries food out seriously with all ways of cooking.

Samsung microwave – It takes so long to heat food, some options are not available like the soften option. Deeply regretting going from LG to a Samsung.
