Samsung A561 (2008)

OK – I had my Samsung A561 for a while and in that time, it showed several flaws. The camera as stated above was stupid, the screen isn't as good as the A711s and the speaker is very quiet. Mine looks absolutely rubbish. The metal has chipped and the blue colour has come off revealing the black plastic underneath. The battery life is pretty good and the expandable memory is really great. Samsung reliability, small, feather weight. Front metal panel is nice. Camera is on a swivel which means camera is upside down when facing outwards. Very easy to chip or scuff.

OK – Its definatly not the best phone ive had but its not the worst either. I sometimes have to put the phone on loud speaker to hear the other person. The camera isnt of great quality so dont expect good photos, they turn out grainy. This phone would probably be best suited for the older person because of the large screen and the large buttons. Its also pretty cheap. Thin and light weight phone. Large buttons. Nice large colour screen. Camera quality is not as good as other phones. I dont like the swivel thing that the camera is on, it can be hard at times to turn it.
