Terrible, brand new 85” Nano QLED, do not buy a Samsung if you have a PS5, it knows a PS5 is connected but will not connect I’m guessing due to their own games in the apps and XBOX affiliated, so useless for so much $$ Show details

issues apart from basic problem solving like turn the TV off at the wall and turn it on again. This doesn't rectify the issues with the TV. Asked for a refund and have been refused. Apparently the TV I in top working order. Nope, still having issues 2 months later and the TV is faulting more frequently. Fair trading is my next contact. I deserve a refund...

only after 3 weeks of headaches. That being said they replaced it with a new TV which did have the same issue again. I complained the issue back again but Samsung says they wouldn’t replace or repair the TV. They said irrespective of where I go they are least bothered to resolve this issue.
I was advised that this TV shouldn't be watched in a dark room, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous, I was then advised it was within tolerance and was also advised by Samsung that light bleed is normal for this model If I had known this that, I wouldn't have purchased obviously.
I'm so disappointed with how they handled the whole situation.
I am going straight to the ACCC and would take this legally if required.
Update: To a friend of mine who had the same issue Samsung said "These TV panels are made so and you need to check before buying".
If that's the scenario why are you selling cheap faulty panels/units in Australia? Are the govt. allowed electronic standards that low to sell in Australia?
This is robbing people by selling cheap crap using it's brand value.

The TV is very responsive, and the Samsung free TV channels are fantastic. My teenage girls and I are loving the music channel VEVO, it’s on all the time in our home.
The TV speakers are not very good versus my old Sony Bravia. I was not that surprised when I heard them as I had read all the previous reviews advising this. I was therefore prepared with the purchase of a soundbar system by Samsung to compliment the TV. Now I have a magnificent home cinema room with my massive 85inch TV with an incredible surround sound experience which has changed our family time in front of the TV immensely.
We love watching our streaming services via this TV as it has brought our whole family together. We never knew TV could be so good.
It’s so good in fact that we bought another one exactly the same for our family room and added a soundbar system to that too. Couldn’t be happier!!
These TVs are extremely great value for money. I wanted a QLED TV but could not go past the product quality and price offered by this TV. And frankly the reviews on some of the QLEDs were not as impressive. So I listened to the masses and have bought this tv with pride knowing others are happy too.
