Purchased machine about 2-3years ago. Broke the week it ran out of warranty. Tech came out didn’t really fix the problem.. over time it got worse and now it floods my laundry when i use it. Disappointed because I paid close to $2000 for it :( also had the issue of multiple ruined clothing been stained.
Worst washing machine – Ruined sooooo many of my clothes with oil looking stains... Nothing but trouble with this machine! I would not recommend Samsung anything to be honest!

Big black beauty which does the job! – Purchased this machine for my brand new laundry. Make sure you have plenty of room as she is big! There is a quick wash for small loads, there is plenty of other wash cycles to choose from, towels (steam washes them), outdoor, light bedding, babycare, cloudy day (extra spin), cotton to name a few. It auto senses to determine some of the cycles times. There is a drum clean which comes up after so many washes (I can't remember how many) which runs for 2hours and 26 mins - the machine is sparkly after it. I love the auto dispensing function for the detergent - no more measuring with each wash. It is quiet, washes efficiently and it is huge. It works for our household of 5. I purchased the matching dryer as well :)

NEVER EVER by this Model – Hi, I will not ever give 1 star to this model. Bought this year ago. Making noise like Jet Going though the laundry during drying cycle. Currently with ENDEAVOUR REFRIGERATION [Authorized service centre]. I would say they don't know what to fix. My machine with them since last two weeks still did not locate the fault. After paying premium price we have not expect this kind of service from Samsung.

It deserves a lemon award – We purchased this machine in May 2021, by August 2021 it had already had a replacement LCD installed - Samsung’s repairer severely scratched/gouged the door on both the washer and the dryer stacked on top just to make it worse. Didn’t even make it to December 2021 without needing another one. I’ve had to make a Fair Trading compliant just to get a refund, complete lemon. I’m completely winging it when using it considering I can’t see which cycle I’m choosing oh and the matching dryer is completely broken and doesn’t dry my clothes one bit after their repairer has twice now pushed it too far back into the wall therefore pinching the drain hose which has caused its pump to break.
I am over the moon at having to go down to IKEA tomorrow and purchase multiple clothes aires just to dry all our clothes after spending over $4000 on the pair six months ago.
