Our rental has this dishwasher, but compared to the one in our previous rental the quality is significantly worse. It doesn't clean properly. It's noisy when starting the programme. Everything is still wet in the morning, while we let it run from 11pm.

for transport were hard to see and made me wonder if the people who reviewed this washer as bad actually removed all the transportation wire ties.

I replaced a ten year old Miele washer of almost the exact same size and already having a cutlery tray I am used to it and am glad this unit comes with one std. I love not having to cut fingers on knives using silly baskets.

I deliberately put a few big loads of rather filthy, sticky and greasy dishes that normally have a little trouble washing first time round just to see what would happen. I set the unit on auto, the washer completed it's tasks Perfectly! The time taken took a little longer than expected, some plastic lids and deep boles were still moist but the cutlery and crockery all came out hot and dry! EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN!!

The unit runs a little more quietly than the Miele and the door has no release trigger you just pull it open.

The door does feel a little flimsy but other than that I have nothing but praise for the unit. There are plenty of adjustable spaces and the cutlery tray even has sliding and stacking options to allow tall glass to fit below.

At the going price I have no problem recommending this unit to anyone.

Time will tell if I am still happy in ten years of coarse but rest assure if I am not I will write about it.

be cleaned properly don't over load it and remove as much food as possible prior to stacking, rinse or wipe heavily soiled/dirty, oily and fatty items, it's a dishwasher not a waste disposal unit. The smaller the amount of solids in the dishwasher when loaded results in subsequently better results.

I have long stemmed wine glass and they fit using the wine glass stem holder when the shelf set to its lower position, on a slightly more acute angle than my previous dishwasher. If you have large plates raising the centre shelf will accommodate them, tall glasses and stems won't fit on the adjustable shelf when in this configuration but can still be accommodated on the bottom shelf with plates or washed next time.

There is no problem with Finish tablets dissolving, if you experience this the tables are old and affected by exposure to moisture. Finish Quantum is what I have used for many years and the results for everything washed in this Samsung dishwasher are spectacular.

The most noticeable great feature is how quiet the Samsung dishwasher is. There are plenty of standard wash options, I have found that using the normal wash cycle gets the best results and is the most energy and water efficient for a full load.

This is a great dishwasher.

Makes dishwashing easy! – A decent size to place a fair amount of dishes and pots on the bottom rack and smaller dishes and cups on top tray. Good clean effective – Great looking, sleek finish, effective dishwasher. Cutlery tray at the top which means the cutlery must be clean or your glass wear underneath on the next shelf will be marked and left dirty after the wash is complete. Worst dishwasher ever, do not buy this product! – I bought one of these dishwashers last week, and tried different modes and it does not clean dishes well at all. Spoke to Samsung and they are sending someone tomorrow to have a look at it to see if we have installed it properly etc. Please go for a different brand! Show details

LE fault, would except longer life – Have had it since 2015/2016. Often cleaning sprays and top spray arm keeps falling off. Used daily 1.5 times. Sometimes could wash better as had to rewash load. Now LE fault. Would except unit to last longer without having to be fixed. My other Samsung products no problem but reading reviews will be looking at a different brand of dishwasher. Show details

Worst dishwasher EVER !! – This is undoubtedly the worst dishwasher I have ever owned of used. The filtration system is shocking, and no matter how much debris you remove from the plates etc, the spray bars are constantly clogged with waste. Its a weekly task to try to unclog them. clean as they don’t all come out.... not sure if it was just the one we got (which was a replacement machine for the original one that had technical issues) but the filter section seemed to let a fair amount of food through which went through the pump into the spray arms. Interesting that it’s now discontinued. Would not recommend at all

Unreliable – Dishwasher did a good job of cleaning but I hated stacking the cutlery tray. We have had it a little over 4 years and it has developed a leak on xmas eave would you believe. years. What annoys me is through the internet I learn this is a common problem with Samsung and from this point on its a merry go round of repairs. There is no way this thing will make 10y even with an expensive repair. We will throw it in the bin and I will troll through this site till I find something that lasts and buy that!

this page, I see that both models have been discontinued. I now know why after reading other reviews. We are very disappointed as we seem to have no way to claim money back as the official warranty was only for two years. We will not be buying Samsung appliances in the future.

etc in it and everytime a good third of the dishes come out as bad as they were before. We have taken to hand washing dishes as they are ending up cleaner this way and at least they are drying properly too. Dishes are coming our still very wet and leaving water marks on glasses.

Dishes are always rinsed before washing and anything that goes in with food stuck to it are soaked before washing.

This is the first Samsung Dishwasher we have owned and it will be the last.

can be dirtier after the wash than when they went in. It's a shame because for a small period of time there it was working fine and the stacking positions we used worked, then all of sudden, they wouldn't. The dispenser for washing powder never dissolves the whole load. I believe the machine is quiet because there is simply not enough power in the machine to do the job.

I believe you should always rinse your dishes, stack well and clean the machine, but at the same time it's a dishwasher and therefore should actually wash the dishes!

normal working hours, so we manage to show arrange a date with tech, all he is assessing by pressing the on and off buttons and open and close the doors,,, very basic things which call center already ask me to do it. Anyway after this assessment another tech came to fix the dishwasher and he fixed it by replacing the mother board.

we used it for could of months and all good. With in the third month it broken again, this time issue is very intermittent. Power is on but washer never start, same routine cycle of calling Samsung call center and wait in line for hours and hours ... and assessment and followed by tech visit to fix the issue.. Again for the second time tech replaced the mother board, but this time when powered on our whole house fuse tripped off. And technician confirmed this has to tested in the warehouse. and he gave up on it that particular day.

All this time i was requesting for a replacement but Case manager never agreed for it.. and issue still goes on for 2 months and finally they agree to refund the money.

Worst appliance I have ever purchased – I have tried every cycle, I pre rinse in the sink, bought and tried every tablet and not once has this machine ever cleaned all my dishes. Usually about half of the dishes are dirty. My husband refuses to use it now. It is quiet, but maybe that is because it's not actually doing anything. Perfect if you can't afford one but really need one – When stacked properly cleans beautifully and dries well is very quiet I sometimes forget its on this washer lets you do practically any style of washing required oh and I love the child lock feature very handy recommend this product to buyers who are looking at renovating great for units etc living on a budget great product.  Show details

Great – Good choice on buying this samsung model. The dishes comes out clean. I used the 35 minutes function and all stains were cleaned. Glasses sparkling after every wash. The only thing would say is annoying for me. No basket for the cutlery..only a tray in top. Functional but would like the basket..which can be bought separately. Apart from that. Clean dishes everytime – This dishwasher cleans my dishes spotlessly everytime, has several programs to choose from and is very quiet to run. It has lots of interior space for the family dishes and pots and everything always comes out brilliantly. annoying. My only negative comment would be if the door is not opened after cycle finishes then the dishes do not dry really well and glasses can be streaked.
