Cheap phone – As the title suggests this is a cheap phone. However in its favor - I found it easy to use. Easy to set up and had good battery life. It only lasted 11 months and 3 weeks before the same problem as others have found emerged - That is it goes into an endless loop saying plug into USB. Eventually it stops functioning all together. The warranty clearly states 12 months and in my experience wasn't worth the paper it was written on. When returned under warranty I got the run around until the phone was out of warranty - then sorry its out of warranty tough luck.
Take it as it is - Its a cheap phone and keep it in a case out of heat and moisture. Inexpensive Bad warranty service.
Do not buy this phone ever. Because all the parts are of low quality like camera, internet browsing system. Better to buy rs 1000 phone than to buy this phone.
Serious piece of rubbish. Avoid at all costs – I owned this phone for two weeks before it started beeping and coming up with an error message "USB cable disconnected". Eventually it did this continually and would only stop when plugged in to charge. I sent it in for repairs and was told water had gotten in the USB port. This phone had been no where near water, not even in the rain. When I told them that I was told they can react to small amounts of water even the sweat from your hands. If a phone manufacturer can't make a phone that can cope with sweaty hands they should get out of the business. I will never be buying Samsung again. It was cheap. It lasted two weeks before being unusable.

Made the mistake of purchasing another of these phones. The second one lasted 2 months. Returned under warranty for repairs and told it was oxidized from water and OPTUS would not honor the warranty. I purchased a special water proof case for this phone so it could only adsorb water from the air or body when in use - My opinion after 2 phones is avoid this brand completely as both supplier and phone provider have not proved reliable. In short I agree its a serious piece of rubbish and would change my previous rating to no stars.
