resets, the problem persists. After contacting them again, I was informed that my device would be collected for repair. However, it has now been returned to me with a note stating it has been updated with the latest software. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since I have been advised by Presidential Escalations that there is a known issue with the update that they are currently addressing. Unfortunately, they are not providing any additional support or a timeline for resolution, leaving me feeling helpless and without options.

Good value for the price – Have had the phone for 6 months now. Very good value for money. Camera not great as images are often over saturated and zooming in simply pixelates images easily. Great phone at a good price – I bought this phone about 5 months ago. It has been working the way it should, and the quick processor means that website, etc, load quickly. There is plenty of storage space for apps, photos, and videos, and both cameras take good shots. The brightness of the display is good. Good battery life, too. Great phone for budget price – Bought this phone on sale and have no regrets. I have low coverage at home and this phone manages to work heaps better than my old phone. Apps run smoothly and the fingerprint reader is really handy. Samsung included a headphone jack which I use. Bluetooth works well. It's an easy to use phone. Sound quality through speaker is poor, but this is a budget phone. Note there is no charging adapter included in the box, just a usb c cable. Show details · 1
Great phone! Holds charge well! – This phone holds the charge really well even when using multiple battery draining apps. The connectivity is really good as well, this phone had service when others with the same company did not. old phone and affordable. Only annoying issue was I needed to buy a new case as it was bigger, plus they don't sell the charger or ear phone connectors with the phone anymore. They do include the cord to the charger though.
Purchased, good price, basic operations and had all my old details transferred over. Stress free finally before my settlement day!
Works a treat and easy to use. Have no isse with the camera or apps or display. Have had it for about one month and still happy with it.
Easy to navigate for the older generation – I bought this when I moved to Australia. I didn't have any problem setting it up. I am over 60 and am not tech savvy but this phone is so easy to use and navigate. Takes great photos and is fast running. I would recommend this to anyone. Show details · 1
