It's starting to lag after a year – It's a nice phone with amazing specifications, cheap and a decent camera. However, I noticed that it's starting to lag after only a year of usage. I tried some tips regarding how to fix it, but none can 100% fix it. Sometimes I have to click the same button several times before it responds. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone except my least liked friends. Well, it may be me being dramatic. But try to consider to buy another version or Samsung products instead of this phone, seriously.

Hey Volin D, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear about your device starting to lag, I would like to recommend the following:

I would recommend sending an error report through the Samsung Members app so that our team can look into the issue remotely.

To send an error report: go into Samsung Members > tap on Support > scroll down to Error Reports > tap OK on the agreement popup for sending system log data (if using for the 1st time) > select the issue category (if issue not listed select other and specify) > describe the issue and frequency > tick ‘send system log data’ > tap the send icon in the top right. Please make sure that you keep Samsung Members open after you send the error report, as it takes some time for log data to send through.

It is recommend that you send these error reports within 3 minutes of the issue occurring to assist in identifying any potential deviations in your device performance.

Once our team has assessed it, and you will receive a response via the Samsung Members app, which can be viewed by clicking the notification bell.

Alternatively you can also visit our website to find the nearest Service Centre. Scroll down and select which product category that applies to you which in this case mobile device, then input the needed information to search for the closest Service Centre. It is recommended to contact the Service Centre if a number is given, to verify any services you may require. external link

It is most illogical and a nightmar – I have the Galaxy mobile A32 5G and it is a NIGHTMARE. I also just did an update this morning and the A to Z in contacts are no longer there and will not be from now on, according to the Samsung support that I rang. So many things it needs you to do -- signing in, etc., when using. Also, notifications are going off for hell knows what, nothing is logical at all unlike the other Galaxy I had which was a J3 6 -- and was wonderful

Why can't they use the same wording for each phone it would be a lot easier to figure out.

Purchased at Telstra store on line as I am unable to leave my home.

Excellent Product – I've been using it for the past 3 months and I cannot complain. It's fast. Apps runs smoothly and it creates fabulous photos and videos and it's really easy to hold meaning it's not heavy or large for my hands. I was with Oppo for the last few years and I'm glad I'm back with Samsung.

Purchased for $449.
