Going back to OPPO and SAMSUNG let me come and work for you – Oppo phones are much cheaper and less bugs My phone is the Samsung A52s 5G One good thing their smart switch app works well on Wi-Fi but not via pc. You need this to transfer your contacts texts apps etc but does not allow to copy internet bookmarks?? You have to get this from Samsung store. The bad This is what I would fix Bloatware you can not uninstall like Facebook you tube etc The Ring tone is not loud enough and does not ring for long time and the same with notifications like text massages. Samsung this really needs to be fixed.
There should be a pre installed music player yes there is one called Samsung music but does take time to get used to . Have a look at Sony Oppo and Apple music players. You have a Galaxy store you have to have a account to access Why are you spying on us? And they have some wall papers and themes Why can’t I download them to my gallery app?. I just get other free ones on from other sites. The Oppo store works fine and yes, I can download my wall papers very easy to use. My advice to Samsung is to start to use Oppo phones. And where is the Samsung tv plus guide website?
Lasted 3 months - fatally flawed device – Kept detecting moisture for no reason. The battery died and would not charge because of this detection. Took it to repairer and they said that I'd need a new battery the cost of the phone and that I'd need a sensor replaced. The total cost was nearly the value of the phone. Have not used it since.
Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi for $649.
It loaded with apps and doesn't have the featured advertised dual sim – The phone is not easy to use and not discribed.No dual sim in my phone.. Yesturday I added a item to home screen, gone today gone, &.thats the norm. It's apx 18 months old and fter 8 hours the battery is at 5%.I have turned off many of the apps and have had a mobile tech look at it.Ive had many mobile phones since my first ericson in 1988 and this phone is a big disappointment.Its only good feature is a the camera. .I would not recommend

Doesn't support dual sim even though the presales documentation says YES – Whenever Google the dual sim feature of the A52s 5G and installation of the second sim. You will find tens of related video's that this phone can work with two sims however that doesn't work for mine. Been in touched with Samsung support regarding this issue. I was informed that the Australian model doesn't support the dual sim feature. Totally disappointed. For new buyers, don't trust what's on the reseller's AD.
