of this particular model, but Samsung refuses to accept responsibility for it. I have tried to have it repaired under warranty, but their "authorised repairer" refuses to acknowledge that it is there. Will end up selling this phone for scrap - It's that annoying.
Follow-up · The crackle happen all the time and is audible during audio calls when the call is on the speaker. I cannot hear it when I hold the phone to my ear, so the "secondary" speaker seems fine. I have fiddled with the sound settings, but to no avail.
NO HEADPHONE SOCKET WTH ? To turn off have to press TWO buttons at same time WHY ?. Screen text very small, depending on phone or app. Waaaay too many options. Eg: emoji's. Have to learn how to operate, as things moved &/or renamed from last phone brand. Overall not too bad for au$500. Show details
Replaced s21 has more capacity re battery and with a rapid charger a cinch charging the phone ,Update to galaxy notes not useful anddifficult to navigate,previous version was better(or was used to)however you need the phone for 2 step verification , which is favoured by financial institutions and by yahoo mail. It was described two physical SIM slot , but only one sim i could fit. In this case my old a31 was good for double sim. Also feel cheated, payed 697 full price to office work and just after week or so the price dropped to 649. I'd not trust Samsung or office works any more.
More issue encountered, 'aw snap' error while reading news from a newspaper website. Frustrating!! Too many crashes.... had to reload pages.
