Issues with controls and fenced in to Bixby (no Android assistant support) – In my case they fit OK and remained connected OK. Most immediate issue was controls being too sensitive and falsely triggering. Some how i ended up with a situation where volume could only be adjusted one way (was up or down, can't remember now) even if trying on both buds. I use the google assistant occasionally and was stunned to find that… Read more

these buds prevent you from using the google assistant from the buds, but instead triggers Bixby. This is not configurable as of early-mid 2022.

The lack of sensible volume control, and the issues with touch controls caused me to return these after really trying to enjoy them for a week.

Take note tech companies, if you try to lock me in I'll run. If you build a rubbish product you can have it back.

Terrible Product. Poor fit and does not stay in the ear – Very dissatisfied with the product Even sitting on the aeroplane these head phones do not remain in the ear despite several attempts. Have tried all rubber prices that came with the product and useless. Even opening mouth or swallowing they fall out.Continually looking for them when they fall out so have given up using them. Left ear bud is also significantly quieter than the right ear bud Show details

Fall out all the time – They fall out no matter what I'm doing, particularly when active. They turn themselves off when I try to push them back in. Expensive waste of money, definitely don't recommend these headphones! Show details

Samsung Galaxy Budgs Pro - Hurt ears – This is a waste of money, these buds hurt ears and could not wear more than 5 minutes. £15 pound earbuds from Amazon are more comfortable than this. I spoke to the Samsung UK customer services and it was very disappointing, they could not help...will stop buying Samsung stuff anymore.

Not bad – I normally use these for music/ noise cancelling. I found the tips quite uncomfortable and after a while hurts my ear canal so can't wear them for very long. I also find the left bud falls out often. The range for Bluetooth is okay but not as far as the Sony headphones. I just purchased some memory foam tips from comply for the buds and these have made a huge difference. So overall not bad. Show details

Terrible weak connection quality – My pair cannot maintain a stable audio connection even when the phone is in front of your face, and the phone is the latest S21+, so I expected them to work beautifully together. Perhaps I have a dud pair? They will fall out of sync with each other so you get an echo effect between channels. They will stutter, and disconnect/reconnect between… Read more

left and right buds at random. Very unhappy to get something this bad from Samsung. They are going back for refund.

0 for wireless range.

Good sound but don't stay put - especially when talking – Whilst the buds are in my ear, the sound is great and call quality is really good, too. However.......you can have the best sounding buds in the world, but if they won't stay in, what's the point? They won't stay in my ears whilst I'm talking (nearly lost them a couple of times now) and only remain in ears for short periods even when NOT… Read more

talking. I've never had a problem with buds before so assume I have 'average' sized ears.

I've contacted Samsung Support and followed their advice (tried all supplied ear-tips ensuring they are placed correctly within my ears), I researched tips from other "community" sources from YouTube and other tech sites and tried all suggestions....even bought third party tips to help keep them within my ears, but nothing works. All up, I've spent nearly $400 plus my time trying to find a solution.

I find out now (should've checked before purchasing!) this is a really common complaint but Samsung still hasn't provided a solution which is really disappointing. I don't know what else I can do? Ask for a refund? I'd rather find a solution as my phone is a Samsung, otherwise I'll have to fall back to my second choice, Apple AirPods Pro.

I recommend you consider fit before you purchase.

I expected more for the price – Given that the the Galaxy Buds Pro are essentially Samsung's take on the AirPods Pro, I expected more (especially given that they are priced similarly). I purchased these earphones to use in conjunction with my Galaxy S21 for that 'seamless' experience. While I have no issues regarding connectivity (i.e. they work just like AirPods when you open… Read more

the lid), I did experience problems with stability. Ambient mode would randomly activate when I was out for a ride (probably due to the wind), and noise cancellation mode didn't block out much at all (it seemed to only be good at blocking out people's voices).

I expected more for $300. I expected noise cancellation that is similar to what is offered by the AirPods Pro, and I did not enjoy the instability of the touch controls. Sadly, these issues has resulted in me going back to Apple (I sold my S21, but that's another story that I won't mention in this review for the sake of keeping on topic).

Great sound quality but terribly uncomfortable and causes itchy irritated ears – The buds have excellent sound, ambient sound and noise cancelling technology however cannot use product because after a few uses, the ear gets painful and irritated. The buds keep popping out and are not designed ergonomically to support staying in the ear. not worth $30 let alone $349.  Show details

They don't fit!!! – Do not get these if you have small ears - they will continually fall out. This includes using the smallest earpiece. When you receive a call and try to put them in my ears quickly and push them in really hard, which not only hurts but also hangs up the call. The sound quality is good but if you are in fear of them falling out of your ear… Read more

everytime you use them then the sound quality is of very little use.

If you contact Samsung about the fit they try to say you are not using them correctly and that you need to twist the earbuds for them to stay in. Come on Samsung this is a design flaw for people with small ear holes. Don't blame the customer.

The Apple Earpods Pro are a much better design and far less painful to use.
