I love this Samsung Galaxy Watch I did get a little help setting it up but once I was shown what to do, I have managed to keep it running and use it as often as I can. I must admit this was my first smart watch as I wanted something I could read easily which I can and the battery life is brilliant. I don't use all the functions that you can with it, but it is good enough for me the way I have it set up. You do need a Samsung device to use it and the apps that you need to use to keep everything working properly.
Purchased in at Big W for $99.
Edit: it started doing the thing I was complaining about it not doing?? Very odd but I am happy to raise my stars, it's great now. -- A nice looking device, with more smartwatch features than i expected for the price. I really just wanted a fitness tracker, and most of my activity happens at the gym, I have a desk job. Unfortunately the Fit 3 doesn't calculate calorie burn on workouts (even tho it gives detailed heart rate data on the workout), only on steps. So, if you're like me, this is not a good choice.
If you get most of your exercise from walking or running, it might be ok.

A Sync is happening automatically. Q How comfortable is the band to wear? A fine. Not itchy when i sweat. Not aware of it mostly. Q Does the screen stay visible during workouts? A i think thats a setting. Sometimes it stays visible the whole workout, sometimes i have to tap but usually stays lit. Main impression after a few weeks- hardware is nice. UI is fine. Data is collected. Software is meh, it doesn't really do any meaningful analysis or insights. I have yet to export my data and see how easy it is to analyse outside the watch

Thanks Amy. Was there a software update like a day or 2 ago? AI is doing you dirty, see attached screenshot which told me that the calorie burn was not calculated the way it actually is.
