phone is almost the best! The only thing which needs improving is the timer set-up. Can a description for the timer be included. I usually use it for laundry, food/cooking etc. No timer description - I sometimes forget what it is set for. A description option would make this Samsung Note 10+ Mobile Phone the BEST! Thank you.
Follow-up · If the timer had an additional spot for why the timer is set, then this would be helpful. It was available in earlier Galaxy phones. I use the timer for several things. A 10 min reminder for a call I am waiting for (I can get ready for that call). Reminders for different things at different times, i.e. cooking: waiting for 10 mins till the next… Read more
Follow-up · Much the same as I still have the same Galaxy phone.

according to the surroundings, providing a comfortable viewing experience. Whether indoors or outdoors, the display remains vibrant and easy to read.
Apart from messaging and calling, use my mobile phone extensively for video editing, and the Galaxy Note 10+ handles this task smoothly. The large, high-resolution display is a significant advantage when working on multimedia projects. In terms of performance, the phone excels in running various apps smoothly. Haven't experienced significant lags or delays, making the overall user experience enjoyable.
One of the standout features is the impressive battery life. This phone can last throughout the day, and the battery holds up well over time. It's a reliable companion for extended usage, and the fast charging capability is an added convenience. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ offers a satisfying experience with its excellent camera quality, durable design, impressive display, smooth performance for various tasks, and long-lasting battery life. It's a reliable choice for users with diverse mobile needs.
best note i'v had but bad battery – Had this phone for 3 years and it's been quick and reliable n reasonable in size, I use a lot of applications and its space fitted me well but eventually was used up .... the only downfall I suffered with it was the battery life it just does not last the whole day with average use. Always been a note owner n fan, Replaced recently after a screen… Read more
crashed with the note 10+ 5G as an upgrade as I did like that note much however I suffer the Plus footprint... yet it always starts like that then I get used to it :D
Pretty Perfect – My s8+ died. I had dropped it after a year and nearly a year later the screen wouldn't respond and went black. I have never have had a Note but I really wanted one. My friend was able to get me a new note for under $1000. Prior to this, i went to the Samsung store and played with all the Notes. The Note 10+ was to big for my hands (girl hands)… Read more
but the Note 10 was perfect. Its the same size as the S8+. I also bought the Samsung rugged case. I really love this phone, it takes great pictures, the stylus is great for selfies or group pics. Battery is pretty good too. I usually can get a whole day and the fast charging is great. If you love samsung UI you will love this phone.
Perfect – It has big screen, like I can easily watch anything on it for a long period of time. Its battery life is soo long and the Spen is the best feature on all. Show reply
Terrible phone and worse service - stay away from Samsung – In February 2018 I swapped from iphone to a Note8 phone. I was happy with the Note8. I had become a loyal Samsung customer. On 31 March 2020, the Note 8 screen cracked. The following day I bought a new Note 10 from JBHifi – . The only issue that I had had with the Note8 was battery life. In April 2020, I began to have problems with the Note10… Read more
almost immediately. In particular:
1. No one can hear me when I have it on speaker phone. 2. I can’t hear people when I have it off speaker phone even with the volume up full – also the volume randomly increases and decreases on occasion during calls. 3. Calls randomly drop out. 4. The battery does not even last a day, for example on 2 July 2020 it was charged to 100% at 9.30am when Ieft home and died at 5pm in the Samsung store. 5. I'm not happy with the camera, the live ficus mode only works in very string light, otherwise daytime photos are fuzzy.
The customer service I received in the Sydney store was beyond appalling. I made arrangements to take my phone in on 2 July 2020. On 2 July 2020 arrived at the store at about 10am and reported that my phone suffers from all of the following faults, any one of which would arguably be a “major fault’ under the Australian Consumer Law, as they affect the ability of the phone to function as a phone i.e. I cannot make calls with it. 1. I was told to do anything further the phone would need to be wiped. He downloaded the phone data to the cloud and started the photos downloading to google photos – he said this would take an hour, I had it going for 6 hours and it still was not finished. I then downloaded them to my laptop in less than an hour – why didn’t they recommend/organise this option in the first place. 2. It took all day to even download the data and be in a position to send the phone for testing I was there at 6pm, having arrived at 10am. 3. They could find no record of online complaint 8217394171 – which took a long time to input and required me to upload my receipt. 4. I have been told it will take 10 days to assess my phone and have been left without a phone, despite staff saying in the morning they would provide a replacement phone, if I left the phone with them and picked iot up at the end of the day – of course that was not possible as the data took so long to download 5. I have been told I will lose all my data if I buy a phone by a different manufacturer as the Samsung data will not transfer across – I was not warned of this until the data was wiped. If I had of been warned about this, I would have walked across the road and bought an iphone and transferred the data to it. All of this is unacceptable and in breach of the Australian Consumer Law. I was told I would get an update and be contacted by my case manager on 3 July, but I was not even contacted until 6 July. I still have not had an update and it is now 9 July. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. They have now left me without a phone for over a week. They have offered me a new phone but say it will take 14 days to post it to me. That would mean I would be without a phone for 3 WEEKS!
Easy run perfectly – Not bad cameras but i run in same time 4 apps for my business all is working perfectly but i use to get most popular phone but its wont work after 1 year Show details · 1
The most wonderful camera! – The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 has the most wonderful camera! I took my new phone on holiday and was very impressed with the quality; excellent sharpness and colour at any time of day or night. I especially love the 0.5x spectrum which allows you to take photos of much bigger spaces and buildings. I also like that I can use the the camera and video camera while in split-screen view. Excellent build and and high performance – Great phone. Superb graphics, sound, battery life. Feels compact compared to some of the other phones. Super light weight. Very fast interface and app loading. The only thing that doesn't work so good is the fingerprint scanner, it works 4 out of 5 times. Show details · 1
Excellent device but drains battery quickly – I bought it last year and I am quite happy with the performance. It has a perfect screen size. Camera quality is excellent and night mode is quite good. The only problem is with the battery which drains very quickly unless you use power saving mode with reduces performance significantly. Show reply
This is perfect! Best mobile phone that I had – I have bought a Samsung Galaxy note 10 around 6 months ago. It is really perfect. It's more than enough. I use different app with this phone, never hang up. The best thing is the camera. High quality day & night and able to edit the photos less than a minute. The display is great, better than any other phones. Show details · 1
A high performance phone – With 8GB ram, 256MB memory, running Android 10, it is future-proofed for a while. Only in the last week, there was a security update from Google to the phone, which made me more reassured that it is more secure from hacking. There were other improvements which came with the update which improved power functions and camera improvements. Samsung… Read more · 1
also updates the apps quite frequently to make them better but keeping up with the new features is the problem. The phone has a lot of features which I am only starting to use and others I am discovering. This phone has a stylus which provides a whole lot of functions which I am not using but hope to use later on. One of which is to take quick notes by scribbling on the screen and the phone automatically goes to the notepad once the pen is removed. Another one is being able to use the pen to click the shutter on the camera so you have control when the picture is taken. The pen can be used for copy and paste and editing, but I keep forgetting to use the pen. Other great features of the phone is that it has the app “Heya” included which means it will screen for telemarketers by telling you it is a “Potential Fraud” once the phone starts ringing. Also the power management functionality is powerful, allowing you to make apps go to deep sleep in the background so it is not running at all. The default power options already enable the phone to last more than a day with continually screen use. The clock on the lock screen is good. It only comes on when you tap on the screen so that it saves power. And also the look of the clock is configurable. The charging function to show you how long before a full charge when it is being charged is really good. It has its own secure folder so you can store your private information and apps in there. It is a slimline phone with curved edges so without the case it looks very sleek and thin, but with the smooth casing and the curved edges, I feel that I will drop quite easily, so I will need to keep it in the case. The curved edges also sometimes make it hard to use the keyboard since some of the letters are on the curved parts so hitting them doesn’t always get the characters you want. It has an on-screen fingerprint scanner to get you into the home screen which is good and bad. Most times it works but sometimes when your fingers are slightly wet, it doesn’t read it properly, and sometimes it is just stubborn and you end up typing in the passcode. It is a highly configurable phone with a lot of functionality, with a few usable issues, but it is a big improvement to ones before.
Love my samsung NOTE – Best phone I have ever used the cameras are amazing . reasonable weight purchased a bargain. No apps crashed since ive had it. Great long lasting battery so clear and sounds is perfect for streaming still using the earplugs that came with usually they stuffed by now really impressed and will stick with the Samsung notes Show details · 1
Find out how Samsung Galaxy Note 10 compares to other Mobile Phones
Know better, choose better.
Most Overrated Phone- Read Carefully before you buy! – I owned Samsung Note series until 2016. I was pretty happy with the performance of Note that time. Then switched to iPhone 7. I was always keen to switch back to Note and this time I bought Note 10 from JB HiFi. I had so many expectations from the phone thinking it would be the same great experience as I had before. But here is what I found: 1.… Read more
Performance: Had issues since day 1 when I started using Google Maps. When trying to end the app, it used to take more than 10 seconds and then launch any other app was further slow. I tried this several times but restarting the phone but with no improvement. The phone was slower after installing other regular apps (I am not a heavy user for games etc). 2. Battery: A total disaster. I had to charge the phone twice a day- the phone is fast charged but the battery drained at the same pace. 3. Camera: The camera looked pro at capturing photos and displaying it on the phone’s screen, but when I transferred it to the computer i.e. desktop then they looked like a joke. My iPhone 7 still looks much better when image quality is compared to Note 10. You can try for yourself. I have even tried uploading the higher resolution photos that consume more space but with no luck. 4. Fingerprint sensor- this was awful and a real pain. After installing the high end and most expensive screen guard you keep on trying for 7-8 times and you have to press your finger hard on the screen and that too with much precision that you don’t feel like using this feature at all. So a total disaster. I checked with one of the other user who complained about the same thing. I was lucky to retain my other phone at the same time and finally decided to discard the Note 10 after only 2 weeks of use. PS- I am a hardware/software tester by profession and I use lot of these modern devices. I tried soft /factory/ hard resetting the phone but only to find that it the nature of its hardware and cannot be improved. I know lot of people would think it could be a faulty device and I could have got my device replaced with a new, but trust me, Not Worth It!! Other interesting fact- I posted a review on JB HiFi’s site for this phone. That review never appeared and Now the Phone itself is not available on their site??

Expensive and not worth the Money - Bad service – I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 Note as to the praising of the product by an overseas friend. I used the phone for two weeks until I found out that most of my Google Contacts have been against my will or agreement transferred to the Samsung Cloud. Most of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the Google Contacts have been missing… Read more
and were wiped out and only accessible via the Samsung Contacts or Cloud. Fortunately, I had stored my Contacts and their details on an external file and SSD. I had to reload these backup files to get them again for usage in my Google applications. This happened five times in one month. Each time I needed to use the Google Contacts in a hurry they have been gone. There was another worse aspect, several of the transferred phone numbers have been used for advertising calls and messages. - This is illegal and espionage and a new way for companies to sell these data and cash in. I do not agree with such business behaviour and sold the phone on the 9th of January 2020. I will never again purchase a Samsung product. I still have my Samsung Smartwatch G3 Frontier. Also here it came to great disagreements as purchased watch faces did not reload after resetting the watch. An enquiry about the whereabouts on the phone to Samsung Australia Support proved that the support person on the 8th of January 2020 did not have any clue how to solve the problem nor any knowledge about the watch at all.
Very sorry to hear that this was your experience with… Read more
